city’super Christmas Hamper 2022 Delivery Order Terms & Conditions 

Home Delivery Service

1.  For purchase of HK$800 or above*, free home delivery#. For purchase of less than HK$800*, HK$120 delivery charge will be applied#.
   *Applicable to Christmas hampers​ listed in this catalogue only. 
   #Applicable to single delivery address only. Extra HK$120 will be charged for re-delivery arrangements.
2. Home Delivery Service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Disneyland (except outlying islands and restricted area in airport).  
3. Christmas Hamper Home Delivery is available from December 6 to December 21, 2022. Weekday delivery is available from 10:00AM to 6:00PM, Saturday delivery is available from 10:00AM to 1:00PM. No delivery service on Sunday and Public Holidays. Delivery is only available on Monday and Friday for Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Disneyland.  
4. Christmas Hamper X2202 – X 2229 Order Deadline is on December 20, 2022, 12:00 noon. 
5. Due to daily delivery quota, delivery schedule will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Order cut off time is 12:00 noon for next-day delivery.  
7. Please allow 2-3 working days after receipt of your order and payment for delivery arrangement.  
8. For any delivery changes after order confirmation, please inform us at least 2 working days (before 12:00 noon) prior delivery at 8105 7888.  
9. An extra HK$120/hamper will be charged for changes of delivery date later than 2 working days before the original confirmed delivery date, before 12:00noon.  
10. Deliveries will be suspended if there is a public event or if the black rainstorm signal or typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted. When the public event ends or when black rainstorm signal or typhoon signal no. 8 is cancelled, deliveries will resume within 24 hours. All deliveries that day and for the next two days will be subject to delay.  
11. Our staff will contact you upon receipt of your order to confirm the delivery date. Final confirmation is subject to city’super’s schedule.  
12. For special arrangements and multi-destination delivery of hampers, please call our Enquiry​ Hotline at 8105 7888.
13. Should any dispute arise regarding the delivery, the decision of City Super Limited shall be final.  
14. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

1. The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from November 22 to December 5, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 
   • Enjoy up to 20% savings on designated Christmas hampers ordered online. 
2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer. 
3. Offer is applicable to the city’super designated hamper website only.

5. Eligible Cardmembers must enter the promotion code “AE-EARLYBIRD” at the payment page in order to enjoy the Offer (excluding delivery charge). Christmas Hamper 2022 Delivery Order Terms & Conditions apply.  
6. Offer is not applicable to city’super physical stores. 
7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with super e-gold year-round discount, Member Reward eCoupon, loyalty point programme, or other promotional offers or coupons.   
8. Offer is not applicable to discounted products.  
9. Only one promotion code can be used per transaction.  
10. The promotion code cannot be applied to previously paid orders.  
11. All items are non-refundable and exchanged once applied the promotion code on the order. 
12. city’super super e-gold and super e members can earn loyalty points for the net purchase amount, excluding delivery charges.  
13. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points and accumulated spending from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions. 
14. city’super members are required to login at the city’super Christmas Hamper website (https://hamper.citysuper.com.hk/collections/american-express-card-members-christmas-hamper-exclusive-offer) in order to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made.  
15. Limited quantities are available, while stocks last. Out-of-stock merchandise will be substituted by similar items of the same value.  
16. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. 
17. city’super is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 
18. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
19. American Express and City Super Limited reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

21. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and City Super Limited shall be final.
