Eligible Cardmember must make successful online booking with the reference code - "AMEX" via the Hong Kong Redemption Page and present their Eligible Card at the relevant Participating Location upon arrival.

1. The Offers (as defined below) are valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period").
2. During the Promotion Period, basic or supplementary cardmembers of Eligible Card (as defined in clause 3) (“Eligible Cardmembers”) can enjoy the “Offers” (inclusive of Offer 1, Offer 2, Offer 3 and Offer 4 below) at all the participating locations of The Executive Centre. The participating location list can be found HERE ("Participating Locations”), subject to change from time to time without prior notice:
(i) Offer 1: Complimentary 3 times of 1-day global pass per Eligible Cardmember (as defined in clause 3 below).
(ii) Offer 2: Recurring 20% savings on the original price of meeting rooms bookings during local business hours.
(iii) Offer 3: 50% off the first month fee only of a 6+ months subscription for Global & City Coworking packages. This offer is only valid for first time purchase by the Eligible Cardmember.
(iv) Offer 4: 50% off the first month fee only of a 6+ months subscription for Virtual Office packages. This offer is only valid for first time purchase by the Eligible Cardmember.
3. “Eligible Card” refers to the American Express® Corporate Card, American Express® Gold Corporate Card, American Express® Elite Corporate Card, American Express® Corporate Classic Card, American Express® Business Card, American Express® Gold Business Card, or Hong Kong Dental Association American Express® Gold Business Card, issued by American Express International, Inc., (“American Express”) in Hong Kong SAR (Eligible Card). American Express reserves the right to determine and change the Eligible Cards in its sole discretion from time to time without prior notice.
4. To enjoy Offer 1, an Eligible Cardmember must make successful online booking with the reference code - "AMEX" provided to the Eligible Cardmember, via the Hong Kong Redemption Page and present their Eligible Card at the relevant Participating Location upon arrival.
5. To enjoy Offer 2, Offer 3 or Offer 4, an Eligible Cardmember must settle full payment with an Eligible Card.
6. Eligible Cardmembers can access the lounge and communal areas of the any of the Participating Locations within The Executive Centre global network upon successful booking of the 1-day pass and are required to show the confirmation email and Eligible Card upon arrival.
7. Any additional charges incurred by Eligible Cardmembers shall be settled prior to leaving The Executive Centre premises by the Eligible Card.
8. Usage of all The Executive Centre services are limited to weekdays during business hours from 9:00AM to 6:00PM (some centres close at 5:30PM, please refer to The Executive Centre redemption page information about the business hours of the particular centre), excluding public holidays. Usage outside of these hours will incur additional charges, details please check with The Executive Centre.
9. The Offers are subject to availability and for The Executive Centre only.
10. Any unused quota of Offer 1 cannot be carried on to the following year.
11. The Executive Centre is solely responsible for all services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. American Express and The Executive Centre reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.
14. In case of any enquiry related to this promotion, please call the 24-hour enquiry hotline shown at the back of your Eligible Card.
15. In the event of any dispute arising from the Offers, the decision of American Express and The Executive Centre shall be final, binding and conclusive.
16. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
17. Offers cannot be transferred nor used in conjunction with any other promotion, offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services.
