1. The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from January 1 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).  

a) Three (3) complimentary 1-day access passes per calendar year;

b) 20% off on standard rates for Global & City Coworking Passes;

c) 20% off on standard rates for Virtual Office packages; and

d) 20% off on standard rates for Meeting Room and Event Space bookings

2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express^® Corporate Card, American Express^® Gold Corporate Card, American Express^® Elite Corporate Card, American Express^® Classic Corporate Card, American Express^® Business Card, American Express^® Gold Business Card, and Hong Kong Dental Association American Express^® Gold Business Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong only (“Eligible Card(s)”) and the holders of such Card(s), "Eligible Cardmember(s)") within the Promotion Period.

3. “Eligible Cardmembers” means the Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of Eligible Cards.

4. In order to enjoy Offer (a), Eligible Cardmembers shall make a booking with this reference code [AMEX] via the dedicated link and present the confirmation email and the Eligible Card upon arrival at the centre. Eligible Card can enjoy Three (3) complimentary 1-day access passes per calendar year. In order to enjoy Offer (b), (c) and (d), Eligible Cardmembers shall inform the staff at The Executive Centre on-site the intention to enjoy the service purchase discounts and settle full payment with Eligible Card. Advanced booking is required for Offer (a) and only available during weekday from 9:00 to 18:00 (local time), excluding local public holidays.

5. Eligible Cardmembers can access the lounge and communal areas of The Executive Centre with the complimentary access passes.

6. All complimentary access must be used within a calendar year and cannot be carried onto the next year.

7. Offer (b) and (c) are only applicable on first-time purchases and the full payment must be settled with Eligible Card(s).

8. Offer (d) can be used repeatedly, and the full payment shall be settled with Eligible Card(s). Discounts are not applicable for catering, IT support and other extra services.

9. Any additional charges incurred by the Eligible Cardmembers shall be settled by Eligible Card prior to leaving The Executive Centre premises.

10. Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, or other items.

11. The Executive Centre is solely responsible for all services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.

12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13. American Express and The Executive Centre reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

15. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and The Executive Centre shall be final.

16. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
