1.      The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from now to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

• Enjoy 20% savings on the original price of the first 3 months of your purchase of an IWG Membership or Virtual office plan for any IWG brands and centers around the world (for new customers signing up for a 12-month contract or longer).

2.      To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express Business Card, American Express Gold Business Card, Hong Kong Dental Association American Express Gold Business Card, American Express Corporate Card, American Express Gold Corporate Card, American Express Elite Corporate Card and American Express Classic Corporate Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong only (“Eligible Card(s)”) and the holders of such Card(s), "Eligible Cardmember(s)") within the Promotion Period.

3.       “Eligible Cardmembers” includes the Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of Eligible Cards.

4.        In order to activate and redeem the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must registered as a new customer and enter their business contact details including business email addresses on the IWG website and the IWG customer service team will contact Cardmembers to activate the Offer. Each Card account will be entitled to enjoy the Offer once.

5.        The Offer is only applicable to new customers of the IWG Membership or Virtual office plans products.

6.        Offer must be validated by an authorized IWG Group Sales Member. Termination or breach of the contract will result in the Offer being withdrawn and full charges being applied. Contracts signed or enquiries made prior to the beginning of the promotional period do not qualify and cannot be cancelled and rebooked within the promotional period.

7.         The Offer is subject to availability.

8.         Offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offer. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash.

9.         The Offer and provision of any services or products shall be subject to availability and the IWG standard terms and conditions of the particular service or product. For details, please visit IWG website.

10.         IWG is solely responsible for all services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 

11.         American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 

12.         American Express and IWG reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

14.     In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and IWG shall be final. 

15.     In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
