Emergency Card Replacement

Get a new Card almost before you knew it was gone.

Your Platinum Card protects you against inconvenience. If your Platinum Card, or any of your Supplementary Cards are lost, stolen or damaged, simply call The Platinum Service on 2277 2233 (if you’re oversea, notify the nearest Travel Service office) and we will replace it for you^.
