Agoda Offer Terms and Conditions

1. The up to 7% savings offer is only valid for bookings of the participating hotels on any destinations (“Offer”) via designated Agoda website (www.agoda.com/amexhk) from 00:01 on January 1, 2024 to 23:59 on December 31, 2024 (“Booking Period”) and only valid for stays between January 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025 (“Stay Period”).
   
   
2. Only American Express Cardmembers who hold American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by
   American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Cards”) are eligible to participate in this promotion. The US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account, and Corporate Purchasing Card, Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
   
   
3. To enjoy the Offer, payment must be settled in full with Eligible Cards during the Booking Period.
   
   
4. Cancellation or change of schedule must be arranged directly via Agoda website or hotline and is subject to the terms and conditions of the hotels. Cardmembers may refer to the Booking Confirmation e-mail or contact the hotline of Agoda.
   
   
5. Offer is applicable on selected Agoda pre-paid hotels (as defined in Clause 6) and room types only. Offer does not apply to "Pay at Hotel" rooms.
   
   
6. A pre-paid hotel is a hotel for which the hotel room charges have been paid in full via the designated Agoda website (www.agoda.com/amexhk). Agoda is the party handling and receiving payment directly from the Eligible Cards.
   
   
7. Offer is applicable to hotel room charges only. Local government taxes and service charge may apply.
   
   
8. Unless otherwise specified, Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
   
   
9. Offer is subject to availability. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
   
   
10. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the Offer was awarded, American Express reserves the right to debit from the Eligible Card account the equivalent amount of the Offer rewarded without prior notice.
    
    
11. Agoda is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
    
    
12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. American Express and Agoda reserve the right to amend the Offer without prior notice.

16. American Express and Agoda reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, all matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of American Express and Agoda.
    
    
17. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
