- The Offer of Designated Maxim’s Chinese Cuisine and Western Restaurants (Collectively “Designated Maxim’s Restaurants”) is valid from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period").
- During the Promotion Period, Cardmember must settle the full payment with Basic Card of Centurion® Card, Centurion Supplementary Card in black color or platinum color, Basic and Supplementary Card of The Platinum Card or American Express Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Cards", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers") to enjoy Centurion Member Offers or Platinum Card and Platinum Credit Cardmember Offers (as defined in Clause 2.1 and 2.2 of the Terms and Conditions) at Designated Maxim’s Restaurants.
2.1. Cardmembers holding Basic Centurion Card and Centurion Supplementary Card in black color can enjoy 50% savings for 2 diners, 33% savings for 3 diners or 25% savings for 4-12 diners on à la carte dinner menu after 6pm from Monday to Sunday with Eligible Cards at Designated Maxim’s Restaurants (Collectively "Centurion Member Offers").
2.2. Cardmembers holding Basic and Supplementary Card of The Platinum Card or American Express Platinum Credit Card, Centurion Supplementary Card in platinum color can enjoy 40% savings for 2 to 3 diners, 25% savings for 4-12 diners on à la carte dinner menu after 6pm from Monday to Thursday, or 25% savings for 2-12 diners on à la carte dinner menu after 6pm from Friday to Sunday, with Eligible Cards at Designated Maxim’s Restaurants (Collectively "Platinum Card and Platinum Credit Cardmember Offers"). - The above Centurion Member Offers and Platinum Card and Platinum Credit Cardmember Offers are collectively referred to herein as "Offer", and they cannot be used in conjunction.
- Eligible Cardmembers must spend on a physical Card of the Eligible Card to enjoy the offer.
- Eligible Cardmember must be one of the diners to enjoy the Offer. Each Eligible Cardmember can only enjoy the Offer for one table on each occasion, with the number of diners being no less than 2 and no more than 12. Splitting of the table and/or bill is not allowed for the purpose of enjoying the Offer.
- Children aged 6 or above will be counted as 1 person for the purpose of this Offer.
- Offer is applicable to à la carte food menu for dine-in dinner after 6pm only (not applicable to lunch), excluding all beverages, wines, tea charge, hotpot, pre-meal snacks charge, 10% service charge, "Other Charges" on à la carte menu, festive products, set menus and discounted food items.
- Offer is not applicable to private room bookings, banquets and takeaways.
- For Maxim's Chinese restaurants, the Offer is not valid on May 1, 4-5 & 11-12, June 8-9 & 15-16, July 1, September 14-15 & 17-18, October 1, December 7-8, 14-15, 20-25 & 31, 2024, January 1, January 24-February 4, 2025. For Maxim’s Western Restaurants, the Offer is not valid on May 12, June 16, December 24-26 & 31, 2024, February 14, 2025.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with set menus, any other promotional offers, mileage earnings or whenever a discounted food item is ordered.
- Maxim's Caterers Limited (“Maxim's”) is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
- American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
