Broadway Circuit Movie Privileges Terms and Conditions

1. The Buy-1-Get-1-Free offer on 3D, 2D and IMAX regular-priced movie tickets on Fridays and the 20% savings on 3D, 2D and IMAX regular-priced movie tickets and 10% savings offer on 4DX, 3D, 2D and IMAX regular-priced movie tickets are valid for screening from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. During the Promotion Period, the 20% savings offer on 3D, 2D and IMAX regular-priced movie tickets offer is applicable to Centurion^® Card, The Platinum Card^®, American Express^® Platinum Credit Card, Blue Cash^®  Credit Card from American Express, American Express^® I.T Cashback Card and American Express^® Charter Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong. The 10% savings offer on 4DX, 3D, 2D and IMAX regular-priced movie tickets is applicable to all American Express^® Cards issued by American Express in Hong Kong EXCEPT American Express^® Corporate Cards, American Express Cards that are not issued in Hong Kong and credit cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express. The above 20% and 10% savings offers are collectively referred to herein as "Discount Offer".
3. Discount Offer is not applicable to screening on : January 1, February 8 to 18, December 19 to 31, 2024. Discount Offer is also not applicable to tickets priced at HK$35 or below, all shows on Tuesday and morning shows. "Morning shows" shall mean shows with a screening start time between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. at PALACE ifc and MOViE MOViE Pacific Place, and shows with a screening start time between 8 a.m. and 11:35 a.m. at all other participating cinemas.
4. During the Promotion Period, the Buy-1-Get-1-Free offer on 3D, 2D and IMAX regular-priced movie tickets on Fridays is applicable to Centurion Card, The Platinum Card, American Express Platinum Credit Card and American Express Charter Card issued by American Express in Hong Kong. The above Buy-1-Get-1-Free offer is referred to herein as "Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offer".
5. Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offer is only applicable to shows screening during the period commencing from Friday 8 a.m. and ending on the following Saturday at 4 a.m., and it is not applicable to movies screened at Film Festivals.
6. Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offer is only applicable to the same show screening at the same time on Fridays.
7. Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offer and 20% savings are not applicable to VIP HOUSE, 4DX movies and Film Festivals.
8. 10% savings are not applicable to VIP HOUSE and Film Festivals.
   
9. The above Discount Offer and Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offer are collectively referred to herein as "Movie Privileges", and they cannot be used in conjunction.
10. Movie Privileges are only applicable to purchase of movie tickets at ticket counters of Broadway Circuit or through participating cinemas’ websites. Movie Privileges are not applicable to tickets purchased through cinema hotlines.
11. A handling fee will be charged by Cinema.com.hk Ltd. on bookings via websites of Broadway Circuit. Movie Privileges exclude the handling fee, which is to be borne by Cardmembers.
    
12. Movie Privileges are subject to a maximum of 8 tickets per day.
13. Movie Privileges cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
14. Movie Privileges are not applicable to films which are subject to special arrangements with film distributors. Cardmembers are advised to check with the respective cinemas on the validity of Movie Privileges before booking.
15. If American Express and Edko Films Ltd. (“Edko Films”) become aware, or have reason to suspect (in reasonable opinion of American Express and Edko Films), that a Cardmember :
    (a) made multiple bookings with a view to re-selling any movie ticket; or
    (b) is otherwise engaged in conduct which impacts on the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of these Movie Privileges, American Express and Edko Films may, in their absolute discretion, cancel or decline all of the bookings made by the Cardmember without giving any reason thereon.

17. American Express and Edko Films reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
18. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and Edko Films shall be final.
19. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
