• Ticket Access: Your tickets will be accessible via the www.ticketpros.co.za platform. Please download and print your tickets or have them ready on your mobile device for scanning at the entrance.

Security and Safety Guidelines

• Security Checks: For the safety of all guests, security checks will be conducted at the entrance. Please have your bag ready for inspection.
• Prohibited Items: Ensure you are not carrying any prohibited items as these will be confiscated at the entrance. For a full list of prohibited items, please visit the Ticketpros.co.za website.
• Reporting Concerns: If you see anything suspicious or that doesn’t feel right, report it to a member of the security or guest services team immediately.

Travel Information

• Public Transport: Monte Casino is well-served by public transport with the Gautrain. Consider using buses or taxis for a convenient and stress-free journey.
• Parking Information: Parking is available at the Monte Casino parking area at a cost of R20 per vehicle. Ensure you have cash or a card ready for the parking fee.
• Taxi and Ride-Share Services: Taxi and ride-share services are available and can drop you off directly at Monte Casino. Consider using these services to avoid parking hassles.

Accessibility

• General Admission Seating: Common seating areas are available near the stage, ensuring a comfortable viewing experience.
• VIP Areas: Select guests with VIP tickets will have access to the exclusive VIP seating areas.
• Ease of Movement: The event layout is designed for ease of movement and accessibility to all attractions, including the viewing screens, food village, and activation areas.

What to Bring

• Essential Items: Pack everything you need in one bag per person. Bags should be no larger than 40cm x 30cm x 30cm.
• Comfortable Clothing: Dress comfortably and appropriately for an outdoor event.
• Dress Warm: Since it will be winter, please dress warmly with layers, including a jacket, hat, and gloves to stay comfortable throughout the event.
• Water Bottle: Stay hydrated by bringing a refillable water bottle. Water refill stations will be available throughout the event.

Arrival

• Gate Opening Times: Gates will open at 13:00 each day. Please arrive early to allow time for security checks and to find your seating area.
• Ticket Scanning: Have your ticket ready for scanning at the entrance.
• Bag Checks: Be prepared to have your bag checked at the gate for a smooth entry.

Each day, gates will open at 13:00, and the event will run until 21:00, ensuring ample time to enjoy all the activities and screenings.

American Express

• Amex Fan Experience: Discover the exclusive American Express Fan Experience, where you can relax and enjoy various VR interactive features. Cardmembers can access special benefits, including a power up station to rest and recharge, and Amex blue fedora hats.

Amex Tennis Court

• From 5th to 7th July, the public can enjoy free tennis lessons and clinics at the Amex Tennis Court. Expert coaches will be on hand to help participants learn and improve their tennis skills. These coaching clinics are designed to inspire and motivate the public to take up tennis, potentially uncovering new talents who may excel in the sport at higher levels. 
• Additionally, the Amex Tennis Town will host a mixed doubles competition from 12th to 14th July. This event will feature top tennis schools in Gauteng, including St. Stithians College, St. Mary’s Waverley, Afrikaanse Hoër Seunskool, Afrikaanse Hoër Meisieskool Pretoria, and two TSA Invitational teams.

Tennis South Africa

• The Tennis South Africa (TSA) stand offers the public comprehensive information on how to start playing tennis, how to become a registered member, and the benefits of membership. Visitors to the stand will learn everything they need to know about getting involved in tennis. Plus, there will be exciting giveaways for those who stop by.

Dunlop

• As proud partners of Tennis South Africa, Dunlop South Africa is passionate about tennis development and getting more kids on the tennis court. Dunlop will be hosting a variety of exciting training sessions with our professional Dunlop tennis coaches for the general public. Please also join in the fun and show off your skills in our Swingball area. Plus, explore the premiere rackets and equipment with assistance from the Dunlop representatives onsite.

Renault

• In the true spirit of Tennis, Renault SA plans to keep tennis enthusiasts entertained with an exciting game of Table Tennis. Visitors who are up for a challenge will play
  a game of table tennis and stand a chance of winning fabulous Renault branded merchandise. For the more daring, Renault plans to keep the chills away with a Silent Disco “Dance-a-Thon” – Visit the Renault stand for a fun-filled experience.
