Amex Reserved TicketsTM (formerly referred to as American Express Access)
American Express® Card Members have access to purchase Amex Reserved Tickets for select events and select seats, during a specified period. Tickets must be purchased using an American Express Card. An American Express Prepaid Card cannot be used to purchase tickets. Amex Reserved Tickets are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (not American Express), and such tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, prices and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue. Amex Reserved Tickets are subject to availability and supply may be limited. Not all seats may be offered; purchase limits and blackout dates may apply. Card Member Entrance
Access through the American Express® Card Member Entrance at Delta Center in Salt Lake City, UT is available to American Express Card Members. American Express Card Members may bring in guests, provided all parties are present upon entry and possess a valid event ticket. The American Express Card Member Entrance will be accessible for designated sporting and entertainment events at Delta Center. To gain entry to Delta Center through the American Express Card Member Entrance, you must present the guest services representative with a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. The American Express Card Member Entrance may not be open for all Delta Center events, and hours of operation may vary and are subject to change. Entry into Delta Center is subject to both the terms and conditions stated on the back of your Delta Center event ticket and in the rules set by Delta Center.
Concessions Discount
Receive 10% off concessions purchases when you use an American Express® Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards, to pay for your concessions purchase in the Utah Jazz app or web browser. Purchases made via the self-service kiosks are not eligible for this discount. Offer available during all events held at Delta Center through December 31, 2024. Discount will not be applied to taxes or any other fees. Discount not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other offer.
