Amex Experience
Fans can access the Amex Experience located at 111 Powell Street, San Francisco, CA 94102 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm PT on February 14-16, 2025, subject to capacity limitations. Hours of operation may vary and are subject to change.
 
Amex Experience: Card Member Priority Entrance
American Express® Card Members can access the Amex Experience via a Card Member priority entrance. To gain entry, Card Members must present the guest services representative with a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. Card Members may bring up to three (3) guests with them through the Card Member priority entrance.
 
Amex Experience: “One-on-One with” Sessions
American Express® Card Members can register to attend a “One-on-One with” session with up to three (3) accompanied guests in the Card Member Club at the Amex Experience. Registration is only available onsite in the Card Member Club while spots remain available, is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and is not guaranteed. Space is extremely limited. Schedule and speakers are subject to change. Limit one “One-on-One with” session registration per Card Member for NBA All-Star 2025 weekend.
 
Amex Experience: Meet & Greets
American Express® Card Members can register to attend a meet and greet with up to three (3) accompanied guests in the Card Member Club at the Amex Experience. Registration is only available onsite in the Card Member Club at the Amex Experience while spots remain available, is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and is not guaranteed. Space is extremely limited. Schedule and speakers are subject to change. Limit one meet and greet registration per Card Member for NBA All-Star 2025 weekend.
 
Amex Experience: Card Member Club & Complimentary Food/Drink Token
American Express® Card Members and up to three (3) guests may obtain access to the Card Member Club located in the Amex Experience, subject to capacity limitations. To access the Card Member Club, Card Members and their guests, if applicable, must enter the Amex Experience through the Card Member Entrance where they will each receive one (1) wristband for access to the Card Member Club and one (1) token redeemable for one (1) complimentary food or beverage item in the Card Member Club, while supplies last. Wristbands and tokens are only valid for the same day on which they are issued. Limit one wristband and one token per person per day. Additional food and beverage will be available for purchase. All perks offered within the Card Member Club are available while supplies last.
 
Amex Experience: NBA All-Star Merch Customization
American Express® Card Members and up to three (3) guests in the Card Member Club can each customize one (1) piece of official NBA All-Star 2025 merchandise with up to three (3) patches each. Customization restrictions based on merchandise type and material may apply. Customization is available on a first come, first served basis, while supplies last.

Amex Experience: Shop Small® Market
American Express® Card Members who pay for their purchase at participating merchants in the Small Business Marketplace with an American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards, can receive a complimentary gift with purchase, while supplies last.

NBA on TNT American Express Road Show: Complimentary Tickets
American Express® Card Members have access to reserve a complimentary ticket to NBA on TNT American Express Road Show. Tickets are available at 12:00 PM on February 4, 2025 through 11:59 AM EST on February 6, 2025, or while supplies last. Limit two (2) tickets Card Member. Tickets are subject to the rules and terms & conditions set by the ticket seller, promoter, and/or the venue, as applicable. Offer is fulfilled by ticket seller, subject to availability, and may be changed or revoked at any time. To attend the event, you must present your ticket. Event personnel reserve the right to ask for valid identification that shows your date of birth. Minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Event personnel reserve the right to deny admittance to the Event at their sole discretion.

NBA on TNT American Express Road Show: Card Member Fast Lane Entry
American Express® Card Members and up to three (3) accompanied guests may obtain access to the NBA on TNT American Express Roadshow on February 13 and 15, 2025, by showing a valid eligible American Express Card at the Card Member Priority Entrance located at Pier 48, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. Valid event ticket required for entry. Venue terms and policies apply. American Express does not operate the Card Member Fast Lane Entrance. The NBA and Turner reserves the right to deny entrance to any Card Member or guest in its sole and absolute discretion.

NBA on TNT American Express Road Show: Amex More Machine
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the U.S., D.C, & U.S. Territories, who are at least 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. Runs on 2/13/25 during Event hours of operation, or while supplies last, whichever is sooner. Limit one (1) play per person. See Official Rules at the More Machine for complete details.

NBA on TNT American Express Road Show: Studio J presented by American Express Card Member Priority Queue
American Express Card Members and up to three (3) accompanied guests may obtain access to the "Wardrobe Dept." and "The Set" locations within the Studio J Experience presented by American Express at NBA on TNT American Express Roadshow on February 13 and 15, 2025, by showing a valid American Express Card at the Card Member Priority Queue, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards.
