Colleague Networks: At American Express, we want you to be you
We have 14 dedicated Colleague Networks with more than 130 chapters worldwide. By bringing together people who share common experiences, interests, and backgrounds, our Colleague Networks are an important part of creating a culture of inclusion and belonging at American Express. They also serve as an important source for feedback—helping us learn more about the colleague experience and, in turn, guiding the resources, events, and backing we provide. Colleague Networks are voluntary and continue to evolve.
Developing and leveraging Asian talent through activities around leadership, networking, seminars and cultural awareness.
Creating a dynamic and culturally enriched work environment for Black/African American colleagues.
Enriching cultural life through educational and community-oriented events to foster awareness of Jewish culture.
Providing support, education, and personal and professional growth opportunities to people with disabilities or disability interests.
