What Is the Amazon Business Prime American Express Card?
The Amazon Business Prime Card, available to eligible Amazon Prime members, upon approval following your online application, is a no annual fee1 business Credit Card that offers practical, flexible, and rewarding ways to manage expenses. For example, before checking out for U.S. purchases at Amazon.com, Amazon Business, AWS, or Whole Foods Market, Card Members can choose to earn 5% Back rewards (on the first $120,000 in eligible purchases per calendar year and 1% back thereafter) or get 90 day interest-free payment terms with an eligible Prime membership.3
“I love that American Express and Amazon have created this Card. It allows for a higher rewards rate for our Amazon purchases. As a leader of my team, I can use those rewards to thank and reward my employees for all of the hard work that they do.”

The Amazon Business American Express Card is a rewarding alternative for businesses without a Prime membership. With no annual fee,1 the Card offers the flexibility to earn rewards or take more time to pay interest-free when paying for eligible Amazon-related purchases.
Card Members can choose to earn 3% Back (on the first $120,000 in eligible purchases per calendar year and 1% Back thereafter) or get 60-day interest-free payment terms when checking out at Amazon.com, Amazon Business (U.S.), AWS, or Whole Foods Market.3

How Amazon Rewards Work
Whether you have an Amazon Business Prime Card or Amazon Business Card, all “% Back” rewards accrue as Amazon Rewards points. Every 100 points earned in “% Back” rewards is equal to $1. You can apply your Amazon Rewards points to your American Express statement or redeem them towards eligible purchases during checkout at Amazon.com and Amazon Business (U.S.).4
Flexible redemption options give businesses the choice to utilize earned rewards in the way that makes most sense. Miguel Reyes, CEO and co-founder of Virtual Table, for example, has applied his Amazon Business Prime Card’s rewards toward purchases “when cash flow was lower on a bad month.” But he’s also taken advantage of the Amazon Business Prime Card’s higher reward rate to thank employees by “using rewards to buy gift cards as small tokens of appreciation.”
