Status Tracking is an audit trail with the ability to track all actions performed within @ Work.
We’ve addressed direct feedback from our clients to create a newly improved program that offers users a more streamlined and intuitive experience to track all actions performed within @ Work.
Enhanced user interface, improved navigation, overview and search capabilities.
You will see the uplifted Status Tracking change on your screen when that specific market rolls out their launch. For example, if you manage four markets, you might see one market has already changed to the uplifted Status Tracking page, while the other three markets that you manage are still reflecting the original design.
As soon as the market is fully launched for the new User interface, the old version will be decommissioned for @ Work 2.0 users. The new User interface will still provide all existing functionalities with enhanced capabilities.
For a better user experience and convenient navigation, overview is clubbed with Status Tracking search and search results will reflect the summary of @ Work actions with an expandable details view.
Market drop down is removed from new Status Tracking pages to avoid multiple clicks between the pages. You can select the market and language preference from the Homepage and get directed to new Status Tracking pages when those specific markets roll out their launch.
