At the top of ‘My Transactions’ page, you can evaluate out of pattern transactions.

Review amounts higher or lower than usual.

Review any spending at places where your Corporate Card is not typically used.

Verify any spending on days that are not usual for transactions - like weekends or holidays.

You can choose the date range you want to view.

Out of pattern transactions for the date range can be seen on the bottom part of the screen.

Click on a transaction you want to investigate.

Select a checkbox against a transaction to take further action.

After rectifying the issue with the Card Member, click on the action button.

After rectifying the issue with the Card Member, select ‘Mark as Resolved’ if the transaction was an irregular transaction.

If the transaction was genuine, select ‘Mark as False Positive’.
