Account status and balance inquiry
Follow these instructions to understand how to check account status and outstanding balance.
OVERVIEW
ACCOUNT STATUS
Click Beta search
Enter details such as Card Member name, account number or cost center ID to search for an account.
Click Search @ Work1 from the home page to view a list of available filters.
Filter by account status.
This page shows your search results including an overview of the relevant financial information.
BALANCE INQUIRY
Click on a Card Member name to go to the Card profile page.
The Card Member profile page will appear with the outstanding balance details and a list of common actions.
