Suspend or unsuspend a Card
Learn how to suspend or unsuspend a Card in a few steps.
OVERVIEW
SELECT THE CARD TO SUSPEND/UNSUSPEND
From the home page, search and select the Card that you want to suspend or unsuspend.
SUSPEND A CARD
Click Suspend Card from the Common Actions menu of the account summary page.
Select a date for ending the suspension.
Click Submit.
Note down the tracking number for future references.
Click Close to complete the process.
UNSUSPEND A CARD
Click Unsuspend Card from the Common Actions menu of the account summary page.
Select one of the following options:
a. End a suspension immediately (or)
b. Change the suspension end date. .
After selecting a suitable option, click Submit.
Note down the tracking number for future references.
Click Close to complete the process.
