What happens if I have a dispute with my payee that I paid using my Line of Credit funds?

American Express is not responsible for any disputes between you and any of your payees, including the payment of an invoice, and whether a payment of an invoice was received on or before an invoice due date, or the amount to be paid in connection with an invoice. American Express is not responsible for any disputes between you and your payee regarding goods or services that are the subject of any payment or that you believe you are purchasing from the payee. You agree to resolve any disputes concerning goods or services paid for by you using funds from your Line of Credit directly with the payee.

The data insights provided through American Express Business Blueprint do not constitute legal, tax, financial or accounting advice, and should not be considered a substitute for obtaining competent personalized advice from a licensed professional. The American Express Business Blueprint dashboard uses API connections to access, and then aggregate and analyze, data from the eligible external business bank and card accounts that customers choose to link. Customers can disable linked external accounts from Business Blueprint at any time. Some data may be delayed due to extenuating circumstances, such as the business account's connection to American Express Business Blueprint™ or issues with other API connections.
