Amex Reserved TicketsTM (formerly referred to as American Express Access)
American Express® Card Members have access to purchase Amex Reserved Tickets for select events and select seats, during a specified period. Tickets must be purchased using an American Express Card. An American Express Prepaid Card cannot be used to purchase tickets. Amex Reserved Tickets are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (not American Express), and such tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, prices and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue. Amex Reserved Tickets are subject to availability and supply may be limited. Not all seats may be offered; purchase limits and blackout dates may apply. Card Member Entrance
Access through the American Express® Card Member Entrance at UBS Arena in Elmont, NY is available to American Express Card Members. American Express Card Members may bring in guests, provided all parties are present upon entry and possess a valid event ticket.
The American Express Card Member Entrance will be accessible for designated sporting and entertainment events at UBS Arena. To gain entry to UBS Arena through the American Express Card Member Entrance, you must present the guest services representative with a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. The American Express Card Member Entrance may not be open for all UBS Arena events, and hours of operation may vary and are subject to change. Entry into UBS Arena is subject to both the terms and conditions stated on the back of your UBS Arena event ticket and in the rules set by UBS Arena.
Concessions Discount
Receive 10% off concessions purchases when you use an American Express® Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards, to pay for your purchase at any participating in-arena UBS Arena concessions. Offer available during all events held at UBS Arena through December 31, 2024. Discount will not be applied to taxes or any other fees. Discount not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other offer. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Fulfillment of this offer is the sole responsibility of UBS Arena. Discount not redeemable for cash.

American Express Lounge Access
Access is available to American Express® Card Members, subject to capacity limitations. American Express Prepaid Cards are not eligible. Card Members will be permitted to bring one (1) guest each, subject to capacity limitations and at discretion of venue. Access is provided on a first come, first serve basis. American Express does not guarantee every eligible Card Member will be able to receive access. Attendees who appear unruly, disruptive, or visibly intoxicated may be refused service and may be ejected from the lounge, in the sole discretion of the event organizers.
American Express Garden at The Park
Access is available to American Express® Card Members, subject to capacity limitations. American Express Prepaid Cards are not eligible. Card Members will be permitted to bring three (3) guests each, subject to capacity limitations and at discretion of venue. Access is provided on a first come, first serve basis. American Express does not guarantee every eligible Card Member will be able to receive access. Attendees who appear unruly, disruptive, or visibly intoxicated may be refused service and may be ejected from the garden, in the sole discretion of the event organizers.
