Amex Reserved Tickets^™ (formerly referred to as American Express Access)

American Express^® Card Members have access to purchase Amex Reserved Tickets for select events and select seats, during a specified period. Tickets must be purchased using an American Express Card. An American Express Prepaid Card cannot be used to purchase tickets. Amex Reserved Tickets are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (not American Express), and such tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, prices and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue. Amex Reserved Tickets are subject to availability and supply may be limited. Not all seats may be offered; purchase limits and blackout dates may apply. Tickets must be purchased using an American Express Card. An American Express Prepaid Card cannot be used to purchase tickets. Concessions Offer

Cardmember Entrance

Access through the American Express^® Card Member Entrance at OVO Arena Wembley is available to American Express Card Members. American Express Card Members may each bring in two (2) guests, provided all parties are present upon entry and possess a valid event ticket. The American Express Card Member Entrance will be accessible for designated sporting and entertainment events at OVO Arena Wembley. To gain entry to OVO Arena Wembley through the American Express Card Member Entrance, you must present the guest services representative with a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. The American Express Card Member Entrance may not be open for all OVO Arena Wembley events, and hours of operation may vary and are subject to change. Entry into OVO Arena Wembley is subject to both the terms and conditions stated on the back of your OVO Arena Wembley event ticket and in the rules set by OVO Arena Wembley.

American Express Lounge Access

Access is available to American Express^® Card Members, subject to capacity limitations. American Express Prepaid Cards are not eligible. Card Members will be permitted to bring up to two (2) guests, subject to capacity limitations and at discretion of venue. Access is provided on a first come, first serve basis. At the reception deck in front of the Lounge, Card Members can obtain two tokens, each redeemable for one (1) complimentary drink, while supplies last. To receive a wristband, Card Members must present the guest services representative with a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. Wristbands are only valid for the event at which they were received for redemption in the Lounge, and only original wristbands will be accepted.  Complimentary drink tokens are only available to Card Members, not their guests. Additional beverages can be purchased with an American Express Card. Must be 18 or older to consume alcohol. Please drink responsibly. American Express does not guarantee every eligible Card Member will be able to receive access to the Lounge or a complimentary drink. Attendees who appear unruly, disruptive, or visibly intoxicated may be refused service and may be ejected from the American Express Lounge, at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
