What is the American Express & Stagecoach partnership?                   


American Express is excited to continue our partnership with Stagecoach California’s Country Music Festival as the Official Card. Eligible Card Members can earn a one-time $10 statement credit after using an enrolled eligible Card to spend $100 or more in one or more qualifying merchandise purchases at participating on-site merchants. Limit one enrolled Card per Card Member. Terms apply.

 

Along with the spend offer at Stagecoach, American Express will be on-site at the Festival with our Amex Experience in General Admission. All Card Members are welcome to visit the Amex Experience, with up to three enrolled guests. Guests must enroll via the Stagecoach app. Capacity limitations and terms apply.

 

Card Members can also enjoy the following perks: access to the Amex Dedicated Merch Lane located at the Stagecoach Merch Store, and access to purchase an exclusive bundle of Festival merch at the Card Member Merch To-Go window (located at the Amex Experience). How do I get access to the Card Member perks onsite?


In order to redeem the on-site perks, you must go to the benefit location and show your eligible American Express Card to an Amex staff member (all staff members are wearing Amex t-shirts). All Cards (excluding Prepaid Cards) are eligible for these on-site perks, except for the Spend $100 or more, get $10 offer which is only valid for American Express U.S. Consumer or Small Business Credit or Charge Card that is issued directly by American Express.

  • You can find the Amex Experience between Yellowstone and Palomino stage.
  • The Amex Merch Lane is located at the Stagecoach Merch Store.
  • The Card Member Merch To-Go Window is located at the Amex Experience, between Yellowstone and Palomino stage.

How many friends/guests can I bring to the Amex Experience?


Card Members can bring up to three enrolled guests into the Amex Experience. Guests must enroll via the Stagecoach app. Space is limited.

What are the open hours of the Amex Experience?


The Amex Experience will be open each day of the Festival, from Festival doors opening to 8PM.

What are the open hours of the Card Member Merch To-Go Window?


The Card Member Merch To-Go Window will be open each day of the Festival, from Festival doors opening to 8PM.

 

How can I take advantage of the Amex Dedicated Merch Lane?


Head to the Card Member-only Lane (look for Amex signage) and show your eligible Amex Card to an Amex staff member (wearing an Amex t-shirt). The Merch Lane will be open 1PM-7PM each festival day. Merch purchases must be made with an Amex Card. All Cards (except for Prepaid Cards) are eligible. No refunds, all items are final sale.

I’m not a Card Member but I want a taste of Amex Membership. What benefits do I get as a non-Card Member?

 

Tap the Amex icon in the Stagecoach app and fill out the form for non-Card Members. Then, at the Festival, show the app enrollment confirmation screen on your phone to an Amex staff member at the Amex Experience. Then, you will be able to enter with a Card Member friend.
