TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. American Express Race Radios
Complimentary radio for the “Mexico City F1 with Amex” event to be held on October 25, 26 and 27, 2024 at the AMEX kiosks located in the Blue, Green, Brown and Orange Zone of the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, located at: Viaducto Rio de la Piedad S/n, Granjas Mexico, Iztacalco, 08400 Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico (collectively the “Event”).

The radios will be available only on the days of the Event (October 25, 26 and 27, 2024) and will be limited to one radio per person per day and while supplies last between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. The radios will be limited to 32,000 (thirty-two thousand) in total divided into 10,666 (ten thousand six hundred and sixty-six) per day, which will be delivered on a first come, first served basis during the Event, subject to availability per day, giving priority to American Express Cardholders. In order to obtain the radio, the attendee must go directly to one of the participating Amex kiosk, where he/she must show his/her American Express Card if he/she is a cardholder, otherwise, he/she will only need to go to the following link https://www.americanexpress.com/es-mx/tarjetas-de-servicio/formulario/beneficios-amex and show the Amex benefits page.

The Attendee acknowledges that the application and acceptance to obtain the radio; will be considered for all purposes, as an acceptance and consent for free and transferable title so that American Express Company (México), S.A. de C.V. (“American Express”), its shareholders, affiliates, related companies and/or subsidiaries, may make use of his/her image, voice or likeness captured, including but not limited to, through photographs, videos and/or any other media during the Event, to be edited, published and/or reproduced for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes of the Event in any type of marketing materials, advertising and media.

The Attendee may not alter the logo found on the radio, nor make comments denoting the “American Express” Brand or use it for any purpose that is intended for profit. Any violation of the foregoing, American Express reserves the right to take any legal action to which it may be entitled, and you shall hold American Express harmless from any liability to third parties that may be attributable or enforceable against American Express.

American Express shall not be responsible for any act, fact, incident, claim and/or accident that may be suffered by the attendees and/or their companion(s), during the development of the Event and activities related to it. Likewise, American Express shall not be responsible for the services and/or products offered or provided by third parties during the Event. Any claim derived from products and/or services offered by third parties must be made directly with such third parties. The Attendee and his/her companion(s) must always maintain appropriate behavior during the Event, without assaulting, insulting or behaving in a hostile, discriminatory or inciting to violence against the guests and/or any attendee, and in accordance with the appropriate behavior recommended by the organizer and/or person in charge of the establishment. If you violate any of these behaviors, you may be denied participation in the American Express experience(s) and may be reported to the event organizers.

American Express or any third party authorized for these purposes, may at any time make changes to these terms and conditions, as well as suspend, cancel or modify the invitation to any of the experiences that make up the Event, due to force majeure, acts of God or any other reasonable cause. By acquiring the radio for the Event, it is understood that the attendee and his/her companion(s) have read these terms and conditions, in addition to expressing their agreement with them, without fraud, bad faith, error and/or any other defect that could invalidate their consent.

2.  Amex Fan Experience^®
Complimentary access to enter the “AMEX FAN EXPERIENCE F1” to be held on October 25, 26 and 27, 2024 at the F1^® Fan Zone in Blue Zone Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, located at: Viaducto Río de la Piedad S/n, Granjas México, Iztacalco, 08400 Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico (collectively the “Event”). Persons wishing to enter the Event (“Attendees”) on the days (October 25, 26 and 27, 2024) must do so between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with no limitation per day.

Persons wishing to participate in any of the 3 (three) experiences (“Experiences”) within the Event, Attendees must go to the registration, located at the entrance of the Event, and register by showing their valid American Express card, or in case they do not have an American Express card, they must enter the link by scanning the QR presented at registration, which will take you to the following link: “https://www.americanexpress.com/es-mx/tarjetas-de-servicio/formulario/beneficios-amex”, the same day of the Event (October 25, 26 and 27, 2024) and show the Amex benefits page on your cell phone to the American Express brand representative at registration.

In the case of being an American Express cardholder, the Attendant will receive a blue ticket holder lanyard, in the case of not being an American Express cardholder, the Attendant will receive a white ticket holder lanyard. Limited to 7,333 (seven thousand three hundred and thirty-three) ticket holder lanyards in total per day. Subject to availability.

Those who wish to participate in the “Driver Evaluation” Experience on October 25, 26 and 27, 2024 within the Event, must wait their turn and be assigned a space where they will participate in a trivia with general Formula 1 questions, among others, with which they will be able to obtain their type of driving under the Amex dynamics. Once the Experience is over, the participant will be given a representative credential with the type of driving he/she obtained in the dynamic.

The complimentary products (“Gifts”) for completing the “Driver Evaluation” experience will be limited to 22,000 (twenty-two thousand) divided into 7,333 (seven thousand three hundred and thirty-three) gifts in total per day. Subject to availability. Limited to one per person. To receive the Gift, the Attendee must show the credential representative of the type of management obtained in the dynamic and the type of Gift will depend on the result obtained from the dynamic.

People who wish to participate in the Experience “Pilot Presentation” on October 25, 26 and 27, 2024 within the Event, must be by registering in the link by scanning the QR presented in this section: http: //driverintrowithamex. com/, the same day of the Event (October 25, 26 and 27, 2024) where you must share your first name, last name, email and accept the privacy notice of SB EXPERIENTIAL (Third Party), as well as terms and conditions and prove with your valid official ID that you are over 18 years old - with which you will get a QR code to participate in the “Pilot Presentation” Experience. Children under 18 years of age may only participate in this activity when accompanied by a parent or guardian and the parent or guardian has registered to obtain their QR code. In the email that the Assistant shares, he/she will receive within 48 hours a link to download the videos that he/she has recorded during the Experience. The attendee will have 48 hours after the end of the Event (October 29, 2024) to download the content, after this date, the content will be deleted.

People who wish to participate in the Experience “Design and decoration of racing car” on October 25, 26 and 27, 2024 within the Event, must be by registering in the link by scanning the QR presented in this section: http: //driverintrowithamex. com/, the same day of the Event (October 25, 26 and 27, 2024) where you must share your first name, last name, email and accept the privacy notice of SB EXPERIENTIAL (Third Party), terms and conditions and prove with your valid official ID that you are over 18 years old - with which you will obtain a QR code to participate. Minors under 18 years of age may only participate in this activity when accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian) who has registered to obtain a QR code. In the email that the Attendee shares, he/she will receive within 48 hours a link to download the content that he/she has created during the Experience. The attendee will have 48 hours after the end of the Event (October 29, 2024) to download the content, after this date, the content will be deleted.

3. American Express Presale Tickets
American Express^® Card Members have access to purchase Amex Presale Tickets for select events and select seats, during a specified period prior to the general on-sale dates for those events. Tickets must be purchased using an American Express Card. An American Express Prepaid Card cannot be used to purchase tickets. Amex Presale Tickets are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (not American Express), and such tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, prices and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue. Amex Presale Tickets are subject to availability and supply may be limited. Not all seats may be offered; purchase limits and blackout dates may apply.
