For purposes of the Program, the following definitions shall apply:

“Eligible Card” means the American Express Cards issued by American Express (Thai)

Co., Ltd. in Thailand excluding American Express Corporate Card and American Express Business Card.

“Eligible Cardmembers” means the basic holders of the Eligible Card.

1. The Eligible Cardmembers must register their Eligible Basic Card through American Express’s communication channels to enroll in the Program. Any spending that occurs prior to the enrollment is not counted as qualified transactions under this Program.

2. Any spending on the Eligible Supplementary Card will be counted as a spending by the registered Eligible Basic Card account. The Program is not valid for transactions made using any online third-party payment aggregators.

3. Subject to the Program’s Terms and Conditions, the Eligible Cardmembers will receive 2 EXTRA Rewards Points for every Baht 25 spent at the participating partners on a weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) (the “Program”) during 6 September 2024 – 29 December 2024 (the “Program Period”) as follows:

i. Eligible Cardmembers holding the Cards, other than THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card, will earn a total of 3 Membership Rewards points for every Baht 25 spent, comprising of 1 regular base Membership Rewards point and 2 EXTRA Membership Rewards points.

ii. Eligible Cardmembers holding THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card will earn a total of 3.5 THAI American Express Platinum points for every Baht 25 spent, comprising of 1.5 regular base THAI American Express Platinum points and 2 EXTRA THAI American Express Platinum points.

4. A maximum of 3,000 EXTRA Rewards Points can be earned per Eligible Card account during the Program Period.

5. The Program is limited to the first 1,500 Eligible Basic Card accounts registered for the Program.

6. The EXTRA Rewards Points that an Eligible Cardmember earns from the Program cannot be transferred and/or exchanged for cash.

7. American Express will credit the EXTRA Rewards Points to the Eligible Cardmembers’ accounts within 60 days after the Program Period ends (or any other dates as American Express may otherwise notify the Eligible Cardmembers in advance).

8. The Program is only available to the Cardmembers whose accounts with American Express are in good standing and the Cardmembers must not be in breach of any Program’s Terms and Conditions from the date they receive the EXTRA Rewards Points to the date they use the EXTRA Rewards Points.

9. American Express reserves the right to terminate or change the Program’s Terms and Conditions at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute arising from the Program,

the decision of American Express shall be final, conclusive and binding on all related parties and no correspondence shall be entertained.

10. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Thai versions of these

Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
