- Cardmembers must make non-refundable 50% deposit to complete the reservation and make full payment with American Express Card when checking-in at the hotel.
- Amendable up to availability, only once per reservation and advance notification is required at least seven days prior to arrival.
- Receive Villa upgrade upon arrival when rooms are available.
- All rates are net, inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% value-added tax.

- The Offers are not transferrable or redeemable for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, vouchers, or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
