PROVIDE FREQUENT TRAVELLER PROGRAMME ACCOUNT DETAILS

Select "Add Another Account" and complete the form with the information for the frequent traveller programme you are an existing member of.

SUBMIT REQUEST TO ADD ACCOUNT

Once you submit your request, you will be able to submit a points transfer request straight away. Your points transfer will be processed after the frequent traveller programme has confirmed your account.

Please complete all of the required fields and click 'Submit'. Please note that the details must match those held by the programme partner. Once the partner has verified your details you will be ready to transfer your Membership Rewards points.

SIGN-UP TO A NEW FREQUENT TRAVELLER PROGRAMME

Select "Add Another Account" and complete the form with the information requested by the frequent traveller programme you wish to sign-up for.

Note: in some instances you may be required to complete the sign-up process on the frequent traveller programme's website.

SUBMIT REQUEST TO SIGN-UP FOR ACCOUNT

Please complete all of the required fields and click 'Submit'. Once the partner has enrolled you into their loyalty programme you will be ready to transfer your Membership Rewards points.

Terms and Conditions

To transfer points, you must first join or be a member of the applicable Partner Programme.

American Express assumes no responsibility for points converted from a Card Member’s Traveller Option account into a participating Partner Programme or for the actions of any participating partner in connection with its Programme or otherwise.

Once the Membership Rewards points have been transferred, there will be no reversal on the transfer.

The Partner’s participation in the Programme is subject to change with or without notice.

The Emirates Skywards programme only permits one Membership Rewards account to be linked to your Emirates Skywards profile. If you earn Membership Rewards points on more than one American Express account, you will need to choose which one to link to your Emirates Skywards account.

American Express Card travel insurance and benefits, including but not limited to those listed below, will not apply to flights taken with frequent flyer tickets, including frequent flyer tickets obtained by using Points converted from a Programme Account:

Travel Accident Insurance

Travel Inconvenience Reimbursement Plan - Card Member insurance and travel benefit programmes expressly offering an option for frequent flyer ticket coverage are an exception to the foregoing, but only if the Card Member has enrolled in such and has paid the fee for, and otherwise complied with the terms and conditions of the particular insurance programme.
