1. How do I earn points?

You earn Membership Rewards points for virtually every dollar you spend on your Card. Charge your everyday purchases to your American Express^® Card and watch your points add up*.

2. How can I earn points more quickly?

Here are 3 tips to earn your Membership Rewards points quickly:

• Link all eligible Cards – Your points can add faster when you link eligible American Express Cards to your Membership Rewards account.

• Add Supplementary Cards to your Account – Share the benefits of Card Membership by giving Supplementary Cards to those close to you. They’ll enjoy the same Card features while you earn points from their Card spending.

• Pay recurring bills with your Card – Have your phone, utility and other recurring bills paid with your American Express Card.

3. What is 10Xcelerator by Membership Rewards^®?

The American Express® Platinum Reserve Credit Card and American Express® Platinum Credit Card

1. Every full S$1.60 of eligible spend with The American Express® Platinum Reserve Credit Card and American Express® Platinum Credit Card at Platinum 10Xcelerator Partners in Singapore will earn up to a total of 10 Membership Rewards® points, which comprises:
   • 2 Membership Rewards points awarded in accordance with the Membership Rewards Terms and Conditions (the “Base Earn Rate”); and
   • 8 bonus Membership Rewards points.

The Platinum Card®

1. Every full S$1.60 of eligible spend with The Platinum Card® at Platinum 10Xcelerator Partners in Singapore will earn up to a total of 10 Membership Rewards® points, which comprises:
   • 2 Membership Rewards points awarded in accordance with the Membership Rewards Terms and Conditions (the “Base Earn Rate”); and
   • 8 bonus Membership Rewards points.
2. Effective 1 January 2025, annual enrolment is required to enjoy the Bonus Earn Rate (as defined below). The Bonus Earn rate will expire after 31 December 2025, unless otherwise communicated to you. Subsequent annual enrollment for the Bonus Earn Rate is required.
3. Upon successful enrollment, every full S$1.60 of eligible spend with The Platinum Card at Platinum 10Xcelerator Partners in Singapore will earn up to a total of 20 Membership Rewards points for cumulative spend of up to S$16,000 in a calendar year, comprising:
   • 2 Membership Rewards points (as the Base Earn Rate);
   • 8 bonus Membership Rewards points; and
   • 10 bonus Membership Rewards points whereby 25 Membership Rewards points will be awarded for eligible spend made in blocks of full S$4 (the “Bonus Earn Rate”).
4. Eligible spend with The Platinum Card at Platinum 10Xcelerator Partners in Singapore in excess of S$16,000 in a calendar year will not be eligible for the Bonus Earn Rate, but Membership Rewards points will still be earned in accordance with Clause 1 (above).

4. How many points can my Card earn for each spend?

American Express^® Platinum Card

• With 10Xcelerator by Membership Rewards, earn a total of 10 Membership Rewards® points with every full S$1.60 eligible spend with The Platinum Card® at Platinum 10Xcelerator Partners in Singapore.

Earn up to an additional 10 bonus Membership Rewards points for every S$1.60 spent for the first S$16,000 cumulative spend at participating Platinum 10Xcelerator Partners, applicable only with annual enrolment, effective 1 January 2025.

Spending in excess of S$16,000 will continue to bring you a total of 10 Membership Rewards points for every full S$1.60 spent.

• Earn a total of 2 Membership Rewards points for every full S$1.60 spent in Singapore and abroad.

Auto enrolled into Membership Rewards Frequent Traveller Option

American Express^® Platinum Reserve and American Express^® Platinum Credit Card

• • With 10Xcelerator by Membership Rewards, earn a total of 10 Membership Rewards points for every full S$1.60 spent at Platinum 10Xcelerator Partners outlets in Singapore
• • Earn a total of 2 Membership Rewards points for every full S$1.60 spent in Singapore and abroad.

• • A transfer fee of S$20.38 will be charged per conversion to the Frequent Customer Programme

• • With 10Xcelerator by Membership Rewards, earn a total of 10 Membership Rewards® points with every full S$1.60 eligible spend with The Platinum Card® at Platinum 10Xcelerator Partners in Singapore. Earn up to an additional 10 bonus Membership Rewards points for every S$1.60 spent for the first S$16,000 cumulative spend at participating Platinum 10Xcelerator Partners, applicable only with annual enrolment, effective 1 January 2025. ^# An annual fee of S$10.18 for enrolment in Non-Frequent Traveller Option and S$40.74 for Frequent Traveller Option will apply (except for Rewards and Platinum Series Card Members). Fees for participation in the programme, either Frequent Traveller Option or Non-Frequent Traveller Option, shall be determined by American Express and notified to Card Members from time to time. American Express Rewards Card Members will be charged a transfer fee of S$20.38 (GST inclusive) per conversion of points to Airline Rewards Frequent Flyer and Hotel Rewards Frequent Guest programmes.
