2. To enjoy the Offer, Card Members must settle the payment in full with American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card, issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Singapore only (“Eligible Card(s)”) and the holders of such Card(s), "Eligible Card Member(s)") within the Promotion Period.

3. Only Eligible Card Members signing up for Shopify services at Ematic during the offer period will be eligible for the offer.

4. “Eligible Card Members” means the basic and supplementary Card Members.

6. Service credit cannot be transferred or used in exchange of any other services other than listed in the Ematic Solutions’ landing page.

7. Service credit can be used for a single/multiple services listed in the Ematic Solutions’ landing page.

8. For monthly services, the service credit can only be applied in the first month.

9. Service credit cannot be used to offset service fee in the following months for monthly services listed in the Ematic Solutions’ landing page.

10. The services offered under this promotion are provided solely by Shopify via Ematic Solutions, under such terms and conditions as determined by Shopify via Ematic Solutions, and Amex accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such services.

11. The services and/product provided by Ematic Solutions under this promotion are governed by Ematic’s Terms of Service stated in Ematic Solutions’ landing page.

12. Ematic Solutions is solely responsible for all services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Card Members in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.

13. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. American Express and Ematic Solutions reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

15. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Ematic Solutions shall be final.
