Offer Period :
From 1 October 2024 to 31 August 2025
1. The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from 1 October 2024 – 31 August 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
• Get 25% off new Microsoft 365 Business plans yearly subscription with Oryon.
• Valid upon annual Card fee payment and minimum eligible spending of S$500 within the first month of Card approval. To enjoy the Offer, Card members must settle the payment in full with the American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card, issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Singapore only (“Eligible Card(s)”) and the holders of such Card(s), "Eligible Card Member(s)") within the
Promotion Period.
2. “Eligible Card Members” means the basic and supplementary Card Members.
3. Eligible customers can receive a promotional offer on the following Microsoft 365 subscription plans: Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, and Microsoft 365 Apps for Business.
4. The promotional offer is limited to the first 500 customers who redeem the voucher code. Once the limit is reached, the promotion will no longer be available, regardless of the expiration date of individual voucher codes.
5. In order to activate and redeem the Offer, eligible Card members must sign up on Oryon website (kindly click on the Sign up Now button above) and Oryon customer service team will then contact Card Members to activate the Offer. After the redemption of the promotion, customers must follow the instructions provided to activate their Microsoft 365 subscription. Failure to comply with activation procedures may result in the forfeiture of the promotional offer.
6. The Offer is limited to a single use per company, it cannot be redeemed more than once for the same company with multiple Card sign-ups.
7. The promotion can only be redeemed once. The voucher code is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other offers. The voucher must be used in accordance with the terms and guidelines provided at the time of issue.
8. Once redeemed, the promotional offer is considered final. Cancellations or refunds on the promotional subscriptions will not be entertained unless specified otherwise in the voucher conditions.

10. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. American Express and Oryon reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
12. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Oryon shall be final.
