1. The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from 15 May 2024 – 30 April 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. To enjoy the Offer, Card Members must settle the payment in full with American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card, issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Singapore only (“Eligible Card(s)”) and the holders of such Card(s), "Eligible Card Member(s)") within the Promotion Period. “Eligible Card Members” means the basic and supplementary Card Members.
3. Only Eligible Card Members signing up for Mailchimp services at Ematic during the offer period will be eligible for the offer.

5. After successfully signing up at Ematic for Mailchimp Services during the promotion period and meeting the eligibility criteria, eligible Card Members will be entitled to get a complimentary audit session worth S$250 and S$100 service credits.
6. Service credit cannot be transferred or used in exchange of any other services other than listed in the Ematic Solutions’ landing page.
7. Service credit can be used for a single/multiple service listed in the Ematic Solutions’ landing page.
8. For monthly services, the service credit can only be applied in the first month.
9. Service credit cannot be used to offset service fee in the following months for monthly services listed in the Ematic Solutions’ landing page.
10. The services offered under this promotion are provided solely by MailChimp via Ematic Solutions, under such terms and conditions as determined by MailChimp via Ematic Solutions, and American Express accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such services.
11. The services and/product provided by Ematic Solutions under this promotion are governed by Ematic’s Terms of Service stated in Ematic Solutions’ landing page.

15. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Ematic Solutions shall be final.
