1. The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from 15 May 2024 – 30 April 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
    • Sign up for Google ad placement service at First Page Digital and get up to S$4,000 annual Google spending credits equivalent to 20% off for Google Ad Campaign Management fees (monthly spending credit usage capped at $$333).

2. To enjoy the Offer, Card Members must settle the payment in full with American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card, issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Singapore only (“Eligible Card(s)”) and the holders of suchCard(s), "Eligible Card Member(s)") within the Promotion Period.

3. “Eligible Card Members” means the basic and supplementary Card Members.

4. After successfully sign up at First Page Digital Google ad placement service during the promotion period Eligible Card Members will be entitled to receive 20% off Google Ad campaign management fees (up to S$4,000 annual spending credits). To enjoy this Offer, the account sign up at First Page Digital is required to have monthly minimum management fee of S$800 and a commitment of 12 months with First Page Digital. The Google Ad Campaign Spending Credit will be used to offset the Google Ad Campaign Management fees in a monthly basis and the monthly spending credit is capped at S$333 for each account sign up at First Page Digital.

5. In order to activate and redeem the Offer, eligible Card Members must sign up on First Page Digital website (kindly click on the Sign up Now button above) and First Page Digital customer service team will then contact Card Members to activate the Offer.

6. Only eligible Card Members signing up for Google Ad Campaign Management services at First Page Digital during the offer period will be eligible for the offer.

7. Eligible Card Members must sign up for at least a 12-month agreement to be eligible for the offer.

8. The Google ad campaign spending credits is available for 12 months from the date of service sign up. The spending credit will be applied to the first month service invoice and subsequently applied to the next 11 monthly bills (for total 12 months). 

9. The Offer is limited to a single use per company, it cannot be redeemed more than once for the same company with multiple Card sign-ups. 

10. The Offer cannot be redeemed for cash or other products and services and are non-refundable. The Offer also cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discounts and vouchers.

11. First Page Digital is solely responsible for all services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Card Members in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.

12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13. American Express and First Page Digital reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any timewithout prior notice.

14. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and First Page Digital shall be final.
