2. To enjoy the Offer, Card Members must settle the payment in full with American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card, issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Singapore only (“Eligible Card(s)”) and the holders of such Card(s), "Eligible Card Member(s)") within the Promotion Period.
3. “Eligible Card Members” means the basic and supplementary Card Members.
4. The Offer can be applied only to first-time purchases at Fiverr.
5. The promotion code can only be used once per Card Member and per Fiverr account.
6. After successfully signing up at Fiverr during the promotion period and meeting the eligibility criteria, eligible Card Members will be entitled to receive 10% off their first hire.
7. In order to activate and redeem the Offer, eligible Card Members must enter the promotion code “AMEX2024PVP” at the payment page.
8. The Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.

12. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Fiverr shall be final.
