Offer Period :

1. The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from 15 May 2024 – 30 April 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. To enjoy the Offer, Card Members must settle the payment in full with American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card, issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Singapore only (“Eligible Card(s)”) and the holders of such Card(s), "Eligible Card Member(s)") within the Promotion Period.
3. “Eligible Card Members” means the basic and supplementary Card Members.
4. After successfully signing up at AppSquadz for AWS during the promotion period and meeting the eligibility criteria, eligible Card Members will be entitled to get 6% off your monthly AWS billing and up to 90% off on Amazon CloudFront through AppSquadz.
5. The Offer is applicable to both new and existing AWS customers.
6. Customers must be first-time customers of AppSquadz to claim this offer.
7. Invoices will be generated on the 5th of every month, which should be cleared immediately by the customer. The invoice will be generated by AppSquadz towards the customer.
8. AppSquadz will provide billing support free of charge, other support services will be chargeable.
9. Offer is valid for Self-Served Customers. For Managed Services, the client will have to pay for additional services. Deployment & Solutioning Services will be chargeable additionally. Company details to be taken at the time of onboarding for charges as a security deposit.
10. AppSquadz will not be held responsible financially or otherwise for any security compromise of the customer project.
11. The data contained in the technical and commercial offering shall not be disclosed, duplicated, used in whole or in part for any purpose other than to evaluate the Commercial Offering.
12. The Offer cannot be redeemed for cash or other products and services and are non-refundable.
13. AppSquadz is solely responsible for all services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Card Members in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
14. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. American Express and AppSquadz reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
16.In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and AppSquadz shall be final.
