To enjoy 22% fuel savings, visit any SPC Service Station in your uniform or present any of your following cards:
- SAF Identity Card (11B),
- SAFRA Card,
- HomeTeamNS Card.
In addition, save the Offer to Card on your Amex App and enjoy 7.1% savings^ via statement credit when you pay with your registered American Express® Card.

How to Redeem
Visit any SPC Service Station in your uniform or present any of your following cards to enjoy 22% fuel savings at SPC:
- SAF identity Card (11B),
- SAFRA Card,
- HomeTeamNS Card.
In addition, save the Offer to Card on your Amex App and pay with your American Express® Card to enjoy 7.1% savings on final charge amount via statement credit.
- If you have registered for any previous “Up to 21% savings” SPC Promotions with American Express, kindly register your Card again to enjoy this Promotion that commences on 12 Jan 2024.
- The total percentage savings of up to 27.5% is calculated based on:
- SPC 22% On-site Fuel Savings (defined below)
- 7.1% Savings via statement credit (defined below)
Terms and Conditions for 22% On-site Fuel Savings at SPC
- 22% on-site savings is valid from 1 July 2024 (0000 hrs) to 12 July 2024 (2359 hrs) only.
- The promotion is exclusively for all NS Personnel in uniform or show your SAF Identity Card (11B), SAFRA or HomeTeamNS Card.
- The promotion cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, credit/debit card discounts, other membership discounts, coupons, e-coupons and/or with special tie-ups, unless otherwise stated.
- This promotion is not applicable for Corporate, PVDL/TDVL and SSPHBOA members.
- 7.1% savings via Amex statement credit on purchases at SPC is still applicable.
- SPC reserves the right to amend the applicable Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
- All decisions made by SPC in respect to this promotion are final.
Terms and Conditions for 7.1% savings via statement credit, on all purchases at SPC
- Excludes transactions made at Manual Carwash outlets, SpeedyCare automotive centers, and electric vehicle (EV) charging points.
- 7.1% savings via statement credit are applicable on the final charge amount, after all other on-site savings are applied.
- The Promotion commences at 00:00 hrs (GMT +8) on Friday 12 Jan 2024 and ends at 23:59 hrs (GMT +8) on Tuesday 31 Dec 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
- The Promotion is open to individuals who hold personal basic and/or supplementary American Express® Cards issued in Singapore by American Express International Inc. only (“Eligible Cards”), excluding American Express Corporate Cards and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Ltd and United Overseas Bank Limited (“Card Members”).
- For The American Express® True Cashback Card, the offer is limited to the first 5,000 eligible Cards which are successfully registered for the offer. [Fully Enrolled]
- For all other Cards, the offer is limited to the first 60,000 eligible Cards which are successfully registered for the offer.
- This offer is only available for your targeted Card, and other Cards you hold may not be eligible.
- Offer is limited to S$120 credit per Card for the Promotion Period to which the offer is saved and only spend on this Card counts towards the Offer.
- Excludes transactions where you do not spend directly in-person at participating SPC locations. Offer valid at Singapore location(s) only.
- Excludes online purchases.
- Excludes transactions made through a third party establishment or payment processor.
- Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment form.
- Credit should appear on your billing statement within 5 business days from qualifying spend but may take up to 90 days from the offer end date.
- Credit will not be applied to your Card Account if it has been suspended or cancelled.
- Credit may be reversed if your qualifying purchase is refunded or cancelled.
