Terms and Conditions - Luxury Fashion Galleria

1. Payment must be made by The Platinum Card^®, The American Express^® Platinum Reserve Credit Card, The American Express^® Credit Card issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore. ("eligible cards"). 
   
2. For every full S$1.60 spend made at Luxury Fashion Galleria participating stores, eligible cards will earn a total of 15 Membership Rewards^® points, which comprises:
   • 2 Membership Rewards points;
   • and 13 Bonus Membership Rewards points.
3. Offer is valid from 15 August to 14 November 2022, both dates inclusive. ("offer period")
4. To be eligible for the offer, payment must be made using the eligible cards directly with participating partners, excluding payment made through a third party establishment or payment processor, such as Kris+ and PayPal.

6. Card members can redeem a complimentary parking ticket with any purchase during offer period:  
   • No minimum spend is required to be eligible to redeem the complimentary parking ticket. 
   • Card member must spend at participating establishments on Luxury Fashion Galleria to be eligible for the complimentary parking ticket. 
   • Complimentary parking ticket is limited to one redemption per card member per day at Swiss Watch (#02-109). 
7. Bonus points will be awarded for every S$1.60 spent as long as your Card Account remains valid and enrolled in Membership Rewards Program, and provided it remains in good standing and is not cancelled for any reason.
8. Membership Rewards points are awarded to the Basic Card Account only. Eligible spending made on all Supplementary Cards will be considered as the cumulative spend of the respective Basic Card Account.
9. To qualify for Membership Rewards points, the Card Account must be in good standing, not cancelled for any reasons and enrolled successfully in the American Express Membership Rewards Program.

11. The provision of services, activities or benefits stated is the responsibility of the respective service establishment. American Express acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the service establishment. You acknowledge that any dispute in relation to the above are to be directly solely to the service establishment providing such services, activities or benefits.
12. American Express does not assume liability for (i) injury or bodily harm or (ii) loss or damage to property, howsoever caused, arising from, or in connection with these events, benefits and privileges.
13. American Express and participating merchants reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and participating merchants shall be final.

Terms and Conditions - Pay with Points +

1. Promotion is valid from 15 August to 31 December 2022, both dates inclusive (“promotion period”).
2. During the promotion period, Pay with Points redemption will be at a rate of 1,000 Membership Rewards points = S$6.00 credit (“Promotion”). Thereafter, the regular rate of 1,000 Membership Rewards points = S$4.80 credit will apply.
3. The minimum points per redemption is 1,000 Membership Rewards points at any one time. 
4. Promotion is only valid for Card Members with an Eligible Card. (“Eligible Card” refers to a personal American Express Card issued in Singapore by American Express International Inc. that is enrolled in the Membership Rewards Programme, excluding American Express Corporate Cards and American Express Cards issued by Citibank, DBS and UOB banks.)
5. To use Pay with Points redemption, Card Member can login to the Amex App or online account, select transaction made with participating partners, and provide consent to offset points for credits.
   
6. The credit will appear as a transaction on your Account Statement as “MR Points for Credit” within 3 working days upon redemption.
7. Membership Rewards points redeemed through the Pay with Points feature will be awarded to you in the form of a credit to the Card Account to which the Eligible Purchase was originally charged, and that Card Account must be linked to the Membership Rewards account from which the Membership Rewards points are redeemed.
8. An Eligible Purchase is a purchase made using an Eligible Card accepted by a merchant or otherwise recognized by our systems as a charge to the Eligible Card. Please note that these products, services, merchants and categories are subject to change from time to time, without prior notice to you. Only items displayed on the Pay with Points page are Eligible Purchases. Non-purchase related charges such as service fees, late payment fees and interest rates are not considered Eligible Purchases.
9. Once purchase is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
10. Basic Card Account must be in good standing, not cancelled for any reasons and enrolled in the American Express Membership Rewards Program.
11. Promotion is not applicable in conjunction with other offers, promotions, loyalty programmes and discounts, unless otherwise stated.
12. American Express in its sole discretion reserves the right to alter, replace or terminate these promotions at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason(s).
13. In the event of any suspicion of illegal activities in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation fraud or an attempt at deception, American Express are entitled to disqualify the participation of Card Member and report such activity to the relevant authorities.
