Terms and Conditions

1. A minimum spend of S$200 must be made in a single transaction at participating BHG location(s) to receive a S$20 return voucher.
2. The Offer is valid for in-store purchases only at BHG Bishan and BHG Bugis. Excludes all Welcia-BHG stores.
   • Please note that BHG Bishan will be permanently closed from 13 April 2025 onwards. The offer will still be valid at BHG Bugis until 30 April 2025.    
3. The Offer is valid from 1 April to 30 April 2025.
4. To redeem the S$20 return voucher, a minimum spend of S$100 in a single transaction must be made at BHG Bishan or BHG Bugis only.
5. Voucher redemption is valid from 1 April to 30 April 2025. 
6. Maximum usage of 1 voucher per transaction.
7. Voucher is not redeemable against purchases on Chanel Beauty, Delivery and Alteration services.
8. The Offer is not to be combined with other promotions and/or promotional vouchers. Purchases made with this voucher shall not be entitled to further promotional vouchers.
9. Any unused or unredeemed value will be forfeited.
10. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash, nor to be used to settle outstanding credit amounts or to be sold or traded in any way or manner.
11. Only original vouchers are accepted.
12. To enjoy the Offer, payment must be made in-store with an eligible American Express^® Card
    • "Eligible American Express Cards" are qualifying personal basic and/or supplementary American Express Cards issued in Singapore by American Express International Inc.,
    • Including American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Ltd and United Overseas Bank Limited, and
    • American Express Corporate Cards.
13. Excludes transactions made through a third party establishment or payment processor.
14. BHG Singapore reserves the right not to accept any voucher that has or appears to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
15. BHG Singapore will not accept any responsibility for claims, losses, cost, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with any transaction in relation with the use of this voucher.
16. Merchant’s Term and Conditions apply. American Express acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the merchant. American Express International Inc. is not responsible for the endorsement of any service or product featured. Merchants are solely responsible for the fulfillment of Offer and all relevant privileges.
17. American Express International Inc. shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever caused by or arising from any failure or delay in the provision of or malfunction, defect or deficiency in any services and benefits of the offer.
18. American Express and the merchants. reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions due to unforeseen circumstances or matters beyond our control. If we do so, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep you informed of such changes. Card Member acknowledges that any disputes in relation to the promotion are to be directed solely to the merchant providing such services, activities or benefits.
