PURE Group offer

1. Offer is valid for basic and/or supplementary The Platinum Card^®, The American Express^® Platinum Reserve Credit Card or The American Express^® Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express International Inc, in Singapore.
2. Offer is valid from 1 July to 30 September 2022, both dates inclusive.
3. Card Members are entited to:
   • Enjoy 3 complimentary visits in 7 days at PURE Fitness or PURE Yoga
     
   • A Pro Personal Training (ProPT) session at PURE Fitness
4. Offer is valid in Singapore only, for first-time PURE visitors and Singapore residents who are 18 years old and above.
5. Pre-registration and advanced booking is required to redeem the offer and may not be applicable during peak hours. Register here.
6. Complimentary visit pass is valid for 3 visits within 7 days.
7. Complimentary ProPT (personal training) session is only available to those who have not enjoyed a trial session previously or have not purchased personal training sessions at PURE Fitness.
8. PURE Group reserves the right of choice in Personal Trainer provided.
9. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or in-kind, and is not applicable in conjunction with other offers, promotions, privileges and discounts, unless otherwise stated.
10. Any dispute connected in any way with this promotion will be resolved by PURE at its absolute discretion.
11. Merchant's Terms and Conditions apply. The provision of services, activities or benefits stated is the responsibility of the respective service establishment. American Express acts solely as a payement provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfiled by the merchant.
12. You acknowledge that any dispute in relation to the above are to be directed solely to the service establishment providing such services, activities or benefits.
13. American Express International Inc. shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, injury or damage whatsaover caused by or arising from any failure or delay in the provision of or malfunction, defect or deficiency in any services and benefits of the Merchants' offers.
14. American Express and Merchant reserve the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions listed or terminate the Offer and/or replace the Offer with another offer of similar value without prior notice.

Pay with Points +

1. Promotion is valid from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022, both dates inclusive (“promotion period”).
2. During the promotion period, Pay with Points redemption will be at a rate of 1,000 Membership Rewards points = S$6.00 credit (“Promotion”). Thereafter, the regular rate of 1,000 Membership Rewards points = S$4.80 credit will apply.
3. For online purchases that have Safekey checkout, the Safekey Pay with Points redemption will also be at a rate of 1,000 Membership Rewards points = S$6.00 credit. Thereafter, the regular rate of 1,000 Membership Rewards points = S$5.00 credit will apply. 
4. The minimum points per redemption is 1,000 Membership points at any one time. 
5. Promotion is only valid for Card Members with an Eligible Card. (“Eligible Card” refers to a personal American Express Card issued in Singapore by American Express International Inc. that is enrolled in the Membership Rewards Programme, excluding American Express Corporate Cards and American Express Cards issued by Citibank, DBS and UOB banks.)
6. To use Pay with Points redemption, Card Member can login to the Amex App or online account, select transaction made with participating partners, and provide consent to offset points for credits. Please refer to "Explore our partners of Pay with Points +" for the full list of participating partners.
7. The credit will appear as a transaction on your Account Statement as “MR Points for Credit” within 3 working days upon redemption.
8. Membership Rewards points redeemed through the Pay with Points feature will be awarded to you in the form of a credit to the Card Account to which the Eligible Purchase was originally charged, and that Card Account must be linked to the Membership Rewards account from which the Membership Rewards points are redeemed.
9. An Eligible Purchase is a purchase made using an Eligible Card accepted by a merchant or otherwise recognized by our systems as a charge to the Eligible Card. Please note that these products, services, merchants and categories are subject to change from time to time, without prior notice to you. 
10. Only items displayed on the Pay with Points page are Eligible Purchases. Non-purchase related charges such as service fees, late payment fees and interest rates are not considered Eligible Purchases.
11. Once purchase is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.Basic Card Account must be in good standing, not cancelled for any reasons and enrolled in the American Express Membership Rewards Program.
12. Promotion is not applicable in conjunction with other offers, promotions, loyalty programmes and discounts, unless otherwise stated.
13. American Express in its sole discretion reserves the right to alter, replace or terminate these promotions at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason(s).
14. In the event of any suspicion of illegal activities in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation fraud or an attempt at deception, American Express are entitled to disqualify the participation of Card Member and report such activity to the relevant authorities.
