- To qualify for the S$10 eCapitaVoucher (“Redemption Gift”), between 1 Jul 2024 to 31 Jul 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Qualifying Period”), spend a minimum of S$150 or more cumulatively over a minimum of ten (10) transactions using the “Pay with QR” function via the American Express® App with your Eligible American Express® Card.
- “Eligible American Express Cards" are qualifying personal Basic American Express Cards issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore only, excluding American Express Corporate Cards, and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited.
- Card Members must first load their Card to their compatible device within the Amex App. For more information on how to do this, or to download the Amex App, please visit m.amex/sgamexapp.
- Only QR payments made via the Amex App will be eligible for the Offer. Any payment made with your physical Card (including, but not limited to, swiping or inserting your Card) will not be eligible for the Offer.
- Offer is limited to the first 1,000 Eligible Card Members who meet the requirement set out in Clause 1.
- The eligible spend is represented by the transaction amount reflected on your monthly bill statement within the Qualifying Period.
- Supplementary Card Member’s spend will accrue to the Basic Card Account.
- Offer is not applicable in conjunction with other offers, promotions and discounts, unless otherwise stated.
- The redemption email will be sent to the email address we have on file within 12 weeks after the promotion end date (31 Jul 2024). Please note that any request to expedite is not allowed nor will it be entertained.
- The promotion will be reversed if qualifying spend is not met due to purchases being refunded or cancelled.
- Each Eligible Card Member will only be entitled to a redemption of one (1) Redemption Gift (worth S$10).
- The Redemption Gift cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, in kind or other items/services.
- American Express reserves the right to substitute the Redemption Gift with another reward of equivalent value at their sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons.
- American Express reserves the rights to terminate this Offer and/or replace the Offer with another offer of similar value without prior notice.
