Earning and Redeeming Cashback

• Reward yourself with cashback on your everyday purchase.
• Every local or overseas purchase on your American Express Cashback Credit Card earns you 1% or 2% cashback that will be credited to the Basic Cardmember’s account and reflected in the Statement of Account (SOA).
• Cashback reflected in the SOA are computed based on posted transactions within the monthly cut-off date two (2) days prior to your statement cycle. Unposted Cashback earned after the cut-off date will be reflected in your succeeding SOA.

• Save your Card details in your favorite online shops for fast and easy checkout. Ensure to enter the correct card security code when making a purchase online.
  - For STRAIGHT online transactions, enter the 4-digit code printed on the front portion of your Card.

• Travel Delay - Up to PHP12,000; max of PHP30,000 per family (minimum of 4 hours)

Purchase Protection

Your retail purchases are insured from theft, loss or damage within 30 days from purchase for up to PHP50,000 per occurrence or max of PHP250,000 per year. Applicable only when you charge your entire fare to your American Express Cashback Credit Card.
