PROVIDE FREQUENT TRAVELLER PROGRAMME ACCOUNT DETAILS

SUBMIT REQUEST TO ADD ACCOUNT

Once you submit your request, you will be able to submit a points transfer request straight away. The points transfer will be processed after the Frequent Traveller Programme has confirmed your account.

*Transfers are normally immediate, however, please allow up to 1 business day for the transfer to be completed. A minimum of 2,000 Membership Rewards points may be redeemed for HawaiianMiles at any one time and must be in whole numbers.

To transfer Membership Rewards® points you must be enrolled in Membership Rewards and be a member of HawaiianMiles Frequent Flyer Program.

Once transferred, Membership Rewards points cannot be transferred back to Card Members Membership Rewards Account and become subject to the Terms and Conditions of the HawaiianMiles program found here: hawaiianairlines.com/hawaiianmiles2
