We are adding new benefits to your Centurion Membership including Chef’s Menu and Loge & VIP Access. You can read further for more information about these benefits.
Starting May 1st you can count on a specialized team of experts in Travel & Lifestyle, instead of a Membership team and a Membership Executive, to provide you with customized travel itineraries, (restaurant) reservations and VIP access at high-profile events.
We will introduce stronger digital support and user-friendly communication tools. This means easy access to existing benefits and new features with just a few taps on your screen in the Amex Experiences App. You will be able to book a phone call to discuss your travel wishes with us, at a time that suits your agenda best.
These changes will mean that the following services will no longer be offered; Flower delivery, (business) group Travel requests, Bed & Breakfast accommodation, Train, Ferries & Taxi’s, event planning & shopping related requests i.e., limited edition luxury-bags, watches.
From May 1, you can reach us from Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00. After 18:00 and during the weekend you can make use of Centurion Travel & Lifestyle Services in English. All you have to do is call the phone number on the back of your Card, which will be the only phone number you need to reach Centurion Travel & Lifestyle Services going forward.
As a result of the move to Specialized teams the telephone numbers & email addresses of your current Membership Teams will be decommissioned from 1st of May.
The servicing changes will start as of 1st of May 2023, while the new digital benefits such as Chef’s Menu and Loge & VIP Access are already available today. To stay informed, download the Amex Experiences App and turn on the notifications.

Centurion has reserved tables at a growing number of exclusive restaurants in the Benelux. You can easily access and book your table directly via the Amex Experiences App. You will also be able to use the recently added € 300* annual Dining Benefit at some of these restaurants. Book right away in the App!
- Loge & VIP Access
Experience sensational events like you are the guest of honor and turn a night out into the experience of a lifetime. With premium tickets reserved for Centurion members, you can secure the best seats at top venues, including VIP tickets at the Ziggo Dome, AFAS Live and access to a loge in Royal Theatre Carré.
- Meet with a Travel Specialist
Book a time slot for a one-on-one meeting to discuss your travel wishes with a travel specialist.

After a recent review, we’re making these changes to improve the customer experience while delivering more value to our customers and reflect the rapidly increasing demand in Travel & Lifestyle requests we’ve seen in the last year.

Also you will be able to book a table at a top restaurant via our new benefit Chef’s Menu, and book tickets via our Loge & VIP Access at our entertainment partners (like Ziggo Dome, AFAS Live) in the App.
You can reach us by phone from Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00. After 18:00 and during the weekend you can make use of Centurion Travel & Lifestyle Services in English. However we encourage you to download the Amex Experiences App and turn on your push notifications so you can get the fullest Centurion membership experience.

The following destinations are available in the Amex Experiences App Book a travel meeting: Netherlands, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Maldives, South Africa, United States and other destinations. The service is not limited to the destinations listed, we simply displayed the most requested ones. We are of course happy to assist you with other destinations you wish to travel to.

When using the Book a travel meeting capability in the Experiences App, there is the availability to select “other” destinations. In order to provide the highest quality of expertise from our Travel & Lifestyle service we will no longer meet shopping related requests e.g., limited edition luxury bags, watches.
Yes, all existing bookings & enquiries in relation to any services that are being removed will be honoured.
You can schedule a call for a one-on-one meeting to discuss your upcoming trip with a travel specialist; you can easily book your call from the Amex Experiences App to secure availability.
For other Travel and Lifestyle requests you don’t have to book a call, we will be happy to assist you from Monday to Friday, 8.00 - 18.00, via the number on the back of your Card.

Centurion Travel & Lifestyle Services is dedicated to, and reserved for, the private use of Centurion members and supplementary Centurion cardholders. So only holders of the physical Centurion cards are included, supplementary Platinum and Gold Card holders are excluded. Also a Third Party Nominee is able to contact Centurion Travel & Lifestyle Services, however only to make requests for the holders of the Centurion Cards. This is in order to deliver and protect the highest level of exclusivity for Centurion members.
