If you have an American Express Corporate Card (Green) and you would like to upgrade your Card to the Corporate Platinum Card, please contact your company’s Program Administrator.

 

How do I dispute or question a charge on my Corporate Card?

To validate charges, log into your online account. From your Summary of Accounts page, click the card, which contains the charge in question. Next, click the "Recent Activity" link to display your unbilled activity. Use the dropdown, next to Time Period" to select "Previous Statements" for the period when the charge appeared. Then click the "Dispute a Charge/Check Dispute Status" link that appears under "List View" to open your dispute request.

 

How do I check the balance on my Corporate Card?

You can see both the recent activity and current statement balances via your online account.

 

How do I reset my online account User ID or password?

An automated User ID and password reset exists on the home page of the Manage Your Card Account site located at www.americanexpress.com/es-mx/. Click on the link "Forgot User ID or Password" and follow the step-by-step instructions.
