Discontinuation of Standing Instruction of utility bill payments via BillDesk
Standing instructions for utility bill payments via the EPAY and BPAY platform has been discontinued effective 31 March 2021.
American Express Cardmembers can opt for one time on the merchant site directly with their American Express Card to avoid any delay and continue to pay bills without any hassle.

Please note Bills received by 28th February 2021 with a payment due date on or before 31st March 2021 will be serviced via Billdesk. American Express will not be liable for any utility (including Insurance) bill payment for bills received post 28th February 2021 via EPAY or BPAY and Cardmember needs to make alternative payments for these Utility (including Insurance) bill(s).

Yes. You will earn Membership Rewards points as per the terms and conditions even if you pay with the Card directly to merchant.

Your billing and payment information is stored online by American Express EPAY for six months. Information more than six months old cannot be retrieved online; hence, we recommend printing and keeping such information in your records for future reference. You will get an instant online receipt at the time of making a payment, each receipt has a unique transaction ID which can be used for tracking purposes or in case of any disputes.
