• This offer is open to American Express Platinum Corporate Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Platinum Corporate Cardmember ("Card member") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding Platinum Corporate Card in India, issued in India by American Express® Banking Corp.

• These offers are being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Card members are not bound in any manner to participate in these offers and any such participation is purely voluntary.

• To receive these offers, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.

• American Express Banking Corp. is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Card members under these offers. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.

• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Card member under these offers. American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.

• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Card member agreement with the Card issuer.

• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.

• Offer is valid from 16 January 2025 till 31 December 2025 (Both Days Included) only for American Express Platinum Corporate issued in India.

• Offer period is for reservation and stay duration. 

• There is no promocode for using this offer.

• The rate is discounted from the 4D (publicly available) rate, subject to availability. 

• Blackout dates for this offer are from 16th December 2024 till 7th January 2025. Rest of the year bookings will be confirmed basis availability.

• No further discounts or amenities, including Fine Hotels & Resorts amenities, will be applicable.

• This offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other IHCL (The Indian Hotels Company Limited) offer or promotion

• Offers cannot be clubbed or combined, additional to American Express- Ama Stays & Trail discount.

• The offer is inclusive of rooms, all meals, Wi-Fi etc.

• Rates are subject to availability, applicable taxes, fees, and other standard service charges 

• All bills will need to be settled at the time of making the booking, post which the confirmation for the stay will be sent to the member.

• The discount amount is excluding taxes. 

• Offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.

• The hotel reserves the right to change the rate for any other card types

• The card member needs to be present and stay to avail the discounted price

• Names of participating hotels are subject to change 

• Rates and taxes are subject to change without prior notice

• IHCL (The Indian Hotels Company Limited) reserves the right to withdraw the promotion or amend these terms and conditions without any notice, for whatever reason, and without any liability for doing so. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only.

• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotion. 

• IHCL (The Indian Hotels Company Limited) reserves the right to amend the offer construct at any time during the term of the agreement, for whatever reason and without any liability for doing so.

• The last day for raising queries is 31 Dec 2025.

• The queries would be resolved within 48 hours from the day the query is raised.

• Cardmember should call out the offer before final bill & payment link is created.

• For Cancellations & No- Show hotel policy applies.

2.  Cancellations made between 8-21 days of arrival, will carry a one- night retention. 

• The hotel reserves the right to change the rate for any other card types.

• The card member needs to be present and stay to avail the discounted price

• All bills will need to be settled at the time of booking by the traveler through the above American Express® card only. If any other card or medium is used for payment of the bills, then the card member will not be eligible for the benefits under this offer and shall be charged as per the prevailing rate at the time.

• Reservations query can be made through American Express concierge for eligible card members. American Express concierge will further raise booking query with IHCL (The Indian Hotels Company Limited) Reservation desk who will fulfil offer.
