American Express® Terms and Conditions

• Offer is applicable only for new signed up companies on Mybiz Platform.
• New signed up Corporate are defined as the ones that do not have admin ID created on Mybiz and/or have not transacted at all in last Twelve (12) months period calculated from the date of start of this Offer.
• Mentioned spends will be applicable at a Corporate level (tracked against all spends done under a single Mybiz admin ID) and will be disbursed to the email address as mentioned in the records of mybiz as admin ID.
• MMT Gift cards will be issued on the materialization of the booking within 15 days of the subsequent month considered against the monthly target spends
• The MMT gift cards will have a validity of one year from the date of issuance. The MMT Gift Cards shall be governed by the terms and conditions as may be provided by MMT with Amex and/ or the customers, as the case may be, from time to time.
• MMT Gift cards can be used on MMT retail platform to book Flights/Hotels/Holidays
• MMT Gift cards cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing bank offer
• MMT Gift cards cannot be used on Mybiz for corporate bookings
• Max of 2 gift cards can be generated for one Corporate per month (for ex : if the company does 8 lac/month spend : they would be eligible for 2X15000 vouchers)
• The gift cards can be used for multiple transactions on the platform
• Voucher generation and disbursal would be done as per monthly cycles
• Only materialized and travelled bookings would be considered as part of the spend: Cancelled/no show bookings will not be included in the milestone calculation
• Corporate needs to do at least 3 hotel bookings in a month.
• This is not valid for any travel agent making the booking - in case MMT finds out that it’s a Travel agent using this offer- MMT has the right to cancel this offer and will not be provided.
• Amex shall not be responsible or liable for availability of services and/or quality of services made available through Mybiz Platform. Amex shall not be liable for any defect/deficiency in goods/services or any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any services offered by mybiz/MMT gift card. Any User/Cardholder/Client dispute/differences/claims etc., with respect to mybiz shall be dealt with mybiz directly without reference to Amex.
• The Corporate will need to use their American Express Corporate Card as the payment instrument while making payment on mybiz, to be eligible for the offer. Payment made through MMT wallet, even if wallet is funded through Amex Corporate Card is not an eligible transaction for the offer.

The offer period is 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2026.

• The spend threshold will be tracked within the offer duration every month in the manner as may be mutually agreed between the Parties.
• American Express Clients by availing Mybiz Solution, consent to service user terms and conditions of MMT and agree to the terms and conditions thereof.
• MMT and Amex reserve the right to revoke this offer at any time it is believed that the terms and conditions of this offer are being violated.
