● These offers are open to American Express Platinum Corporate Cardmembers only whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a Platinum card issued by American Express® Banking Corp. in India.

● These offers are not valid for American Express Corporate Cards issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India and/or Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards ") issued in India.

● This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.

● All the offers in this program will be fulfilled at the merchants’ end only.

● These offers are being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in these offers and any such participation is purely voluntary.

● American Express is neither responsible for availability of goods/services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under these offers. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.

● American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under these offers. 

● American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of these offers at any time without prior notice.

● To receive these offers, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.

● Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.

The QUORUM CLUB Terms and Conditions

• A flat 20% off on joining fees for the Full Individual Membership at The QUORUM CLUB 

• Eligible Cards: Platinum Corporate Card only

Steps to avail the offer:

The following process is to be followed for American Express Platinum Corporate Cardmembers: 

• Cardmembers need to contact Parikshit Tanwar at +91 99299 09719 (Timings - 11 am to 8 pm- Mon – Fri ) or email at parikshit@thequorumclub.com

• The query would be responded with 48 working hours

• Cardmembers needs to fill the application form.

• Once the application is approved by The Quorum an online payment link will be shared by The Quorum Team with the Cardmember or the Cardmember’s Card would be swiped at the Club.

• Both options are available for Cardmember to pay. Cardmember can choose whether they want to pay by link or swipe at the Club as per their convenience.

• Proof of address needs to be submitted with the application and a primary club location must be selected.

• All onboarding activities to be performed by The Quorum

• Below Cardmember details are taken from the Cardmember at the time of enrolment:

o PAN Card is mandatory

o Identity Proof- - Such as Aadhar is mandatory 

o In case of Expats Passport would be mandatory

Cardmembers to provide all necessary details directly to The Quorum to complete onboarding process.

Offer terms and conditions:

• The offer is valid till 30 June 2025 (Both dates included)

• For Cancellation Policy and Refunds please contact The Quorum directly.

• Since The Quorum is a third party, American Express will not be responsible for the services provided at the third party. Cardmembers need to contact The Quorum in case of any service-related issues.

• Membership Price list (mentioned below) is decided by THE QUORUM CLUB and subject to change. Cardmembers are advised to check the membership fee applicable at the time of enrolment/renewal.

• Payment of membership fee should be only using American Express Platinum Corporate Card to avail the offer.

• 18% GST will be applicable over and above the membership fee. Final fee has to be paid by the Cardmember.

• This payment will be triggered once the Cardmember’s membership procedure has been completed. The Cardmember will be notified by Club Quorum via email or phone call.

• The offer will be applicable on the amount that is exclusive of taxes.

• This offer will be applicable only for the period mentioned above.

• Each membership entitles Full Access to a cardholder, and their partner. Partner means a legal spouse, or a partner residing at the same address.

• Cardmembers will have to adhere to THE QUORUM CLUB’s membership approval process. THE QUORUM CLUB reserves the right to deny membership (without need for explanation) at the time of application. 

• The payment will be processed only after the membership is accepted by The Quorum Club.

• No blackout dates will be applied.

• Joining Fees is one-time fees which is valid for a tenure of 5 years from the date of joining

• Annual fees/dues are applicable to the Cardmembers from the date of enrolment to one year.

• Membership entitles “Full Access” to The Quorum in Gurgaon, Mumbai and Hyderabad for the Member & their Partner.

• Membership will be confirmed to the Cardmember after complete payment via email.

• Partner means a legal spouse or a partner residing at the same address.

• GST applicable on all rates.

• Annual Dues are subject to periodic changes as decided by The Club Management.

• All new Members are expected to pay the joining fee and the first-year annual fees upon signing up plus applicable GST.

• The Cardmembers can send a request to apply for the membership at https://thequorumclub.com and click “Join the Q” or “Become a Member”

• Memberships can be transferred, THE QUORUM CLUB’s transfer policies will be applicable. For transfer policies please contact the club directly.

• Club Bylaws will apply, same will be shared at the time of application.

• The queries would be resolved within 48 hours from the day the query is raised.

Offer Terms and Conditions

• The Offer being made cannot be availed of in conjunction with any other offer in force and is not valid on Happy Hours.

• Prior reservation is mandatory to avail the offer and is not applicable on walk ins.

• A table reservation needs to be done 48 hours in advance

• Alcoholic beverage service is not allowed below 21 years of age.

• This offer is applicable on a table reservation of up to 10 people.

• Blackout dates apply: The offer is not applicable on special promotions, if there is an event or private booking at the restaurant or festive dates. Please contact the restaurant directly for Blackout dates.

• All disputes relating to billing, offer, services etc. shall be resolved at the outlet level only.

• This offer is valid till 30 June 2025 

• The offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.

• Please call out the offer before order is placed/bill is generated. Inform the staff that you will be paying with an eligible American Express Card.

• Privileges cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The offer is applicable on the amount which is inclusive of taxes.

• Minimum transaction of INR 5,000 is required to avail the offer.

• The offer is only applicable on Dine In and not valid on Deliveries and take aways.

• The query would be resolved within 5 working days from the day the query is raised.

• The last date to raise a query is within 15 days from offer end period.

• For Dine In: The Cardmember needs to call out that he/she is an American Express Cardmember while making a reservation/at the restaurant at the time of billing. 

• Offer is not applicable on alcohol bottles.

• Discount is only applicable on alcohol by the glass/peg.

• Kindly inform the restaurant at the time of placing the order if you are allergic to any ingredient. For no onion and garlic options, please check with respective hotel prior to ordering.

• The offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount program (Zomato Gold, EazyDiner, Dineout, etc.)
