• The offer would be valid on above mentioned cards issued in India only.

• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary. 

• American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regards to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regards to the same. 

• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.

• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.

• Steps to avail the offer through app or website:

1. Login to the Cinépolis Website Cinépolis mobile app

2. Select the city, movie, cinema, show date, show time and seats of your choice.

3. On the booking details page, under "Have a coupon code?", paste the code “CINEAMEX25” and click on the "Apply" button to apply the discount. Your order summary will be updated with the new amount.

4. When prompted, please enter the details by entering your email id and mobile number as this information will be used to confirm your transaction via email and SMS.

5. On the payment page, use Credit Card as a payment mode.

6. To proceed with the transaction, fill in the remaining details as shown on the payment page.

• This offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.

• There is no limitation on number of guests.

• The offer would be valid on presentment and billing settlement done by a valid American Express Corporate card to avail the discount.

• The offer is valid on the final invoice amount exclusive of taxes.

• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offers and discounts offered over Cinepolis Website and App.

• Offer is applicable on Guest access also.

• This offer is only valid for Ticket Bookings over Website and App. Offer is not applicable on Foods and Beverages. 

• It is not mandatory for the Any Bank cardholders to participate in the offer. Participation in the Offer by the card holder is voluntary. Participation in the Offer by the Cardholder will be construed as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of the Offer.

• In case of any dispute or queries related to the offer, Cardmembers can reach out to support@cinepolis.com within 15 days of the transaction. Last date to raise any query is 15th June 2025. 

• The offer is valid on transactions undertaken on the web and app of Cinepolis. 

• Offer is only valid for cinemas listed on Cinépolis digital channels.

• Movie tickets are subject to availability at the respective Cinépolis Cinemas.

• Tickets once bought through, shall be considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged in any form whatsoever.

• Once the booking is completed, the confirmation e-mail/SMS received from Cinépolis, needs to be scanned/exchanged with cinema representative to enter the cinema premises.

• Cinépolis India Private Limited general rules & regulations are applicable.

• Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this program. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a "best effort basis".
