American Express Terms & Conditions

• This offer is open to all American Express Corporate Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Corporate Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a Card, issued by American Express Banking Corp.

• This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.

• The offers in this program will be fulfilled by the merchant only.

• This offer is being made purely on a "best effort" basis. The Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely on voluntary basis.

• American Express is neither responsible for availability of goods/services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same. 

• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. American Express reserves its absolute right and discretion to amend, modify or withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.

• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the Terms and Conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.

• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.

• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.

• The offer is subject to offer Terms and Conditions as mentioned below.

• Dining Offers: Up to twenty percent (20%) off on food and beverage at partnered outlets.

Terms and Conditions for the Promotional Offers:

• The Card member shall be eligible to get a up to twenty percent (20%) discount only at Outlets as per the Offer Table provided above in check partners pdf.

• The Promotional Offer shall be available on walk in basis & in few cases on reservation as well depending on Merchant’s offer Terms and Condition.

• The Card member shall be eligible to avail the Offer multiple times during the Offer period.

• The Promotional Offer shall be valid only for American Express Corporate Card members.

• No two Promotional Offers can be clubbed in relation to this Agreement and the Promotional Offers and shall not be valid on buffet and alcoholic beverages unless specified in the table above.

• The Promotional Offers shall be valid from 10 January 2025 – 9 January 2026 (both dates included)

• The privileges included in the Promotional Offer under this Agreement cannot be availed by any payments made in cash.

• The considerations payable in relation to this Agreement shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

• All disputes relating to Promotional Offer acceptance, services, quality etc. shall be resolved at the Outlets (merchant) level only, to be managed by the Service Provider. American Express Banking Corp. shall have no liability whatsoever with regards to the same.

• The Promotional Offer would be valid on presentment and billing settlement done by a valid American Express Corporate Card to avail the discount.

• In the case of Outlets refusing to provide the Promotional Offer, Card member shall be needed to keep and present the transaction slip and invoice copy to American Express in order for the dispute to be addressed.

• The Card member needs to inform the Outlets about the intention to avail the Promotional Offer and that they shall be paying with an American Express Corporate Card before invoice gets generated at the outlet. Any retrospect benefit cannot be passed to the Card member once the invoice is generated. 

• The Card members shall be liable to pay all the applicable taxes and gratuities on the invoice generated at Outlets and such applicable taxes and gratuities shall not be included in the Promotional Offer in relation to this Agreement.

• Any issue, dispute, or claim arising out of or in relation to availing the benefits under the Promotional Offer must be resolved by the Card member by contacting AMEX within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase/Promotional Offer transaction. Any disputes with regards to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the Outlets directly. AMEX shall have no liability whatsoever with regards to the same.
