• The Offer is valid for all American Express Corporate Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Consumer Cardmember for the purpose of this Offer means a person holding a Card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India. 

• This offer is also valid for Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards ") issued in India."

• This offer would be valid on above mentioned cards issued in India only.

• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary. 

• American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regards to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regards to the same. 

• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice. 

• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.

• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.

• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.

Offer Details: 

Offer 1: Get Flat 10% Instant discount on food and all beverages including alcohol* at instore dining on minimum purchase of INR 3000 and above.

*Alcohol will be served as per the legal drinking age of the State.

 Offer 2: Get Flat 15% instant discount on takeaway orders on food and beverages. No minimum billing required to avail this offer. Alcoholic beverages are excluded. 

• The offer is valid from 7th February 2025 to 30th September 2025, both days included. 

• There is a blackout date which is 15th August 2025. The offer will not be applicable on this date.

• Offer is only applicable offline at the participating stores.

• To avail the offer - Card member needs to call out the offer to cashier before bill generation and settlement to be done by a valid American Express Corporate Card to avail the discount in store. 

• The offer is valid on the final invoice amount that is exclusive of taxes.

• The offers are not applicable on home deliveries or food delivery apps.

• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offers and discounts offered In-store.

• Sandoz Restaurant PVT LTD & American Express reserve right to modify or end the offer during the campaign period.

• The offer is non-cashable, non-refundable, and non-negotiable.

• Offer 2 is not applicable on alcoholic beverages.

• The outlet timings are 12PM-12AM.

• The offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.

• This offer is only valid for dine-in and takeaways, and not on home deliveries.

• Participation in the Offer by the cardmember is voluntary. Participation in the Offer by the Cardmember will be construed as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of the Offer.

• In case of any dispute or queries related to the offer, Cardmembers can reach out to sandozrestaurants@gmail.com or to Jayesh at 9717689777 between 12 PM and 7 PM within 15 days of the transaction.

• 5 days is required to respond by the restaurant if any query is raised.

• No advance reservation is required to avail the offer.

• No maximum number of people required to avail the offer.

• The last date to raise the queries is 5th October 2025.
