• This offer is valid only for American Express Platinum Corporate & Gold Corporate Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a card issued by American Express® Banking Corp. in India.

• This offer is NOT valid for American Express Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards ") issued in India.

• These offers are being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Card members are not bound in any manner to participate in these offers and any such participation is purely voluntary. 

• To receive these offers, purchase should be charged in full to eligible American Express Platinum Corporate Card. No cash alternative is available. 

• American Express Banking Corp. is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Card members under these offers. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same. 

• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Card member under these offers. American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice 

• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Card member agreement with the Card issuer. 

• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi only.

20% Discount on total bill value at select participating restaurants. Max discount capped at Rs. 5000. 

Up to Max of 10 Pax.

• The Offer is applicable for reservations/ bookings from 12 August 2024 till 11th August 2025.   

• To avail this offer Cardmember need to make prior reservation. 

• Cardmembers can avail the offer by reaching out to restaurant directly as per restaurant operational hours. 

• This offer is applicable only on prior bookings (bookings to be made 4 hrs in advance) via restaurants and not applicable on walk ins. 

• The offer can only be availed for a max of 10 guests & total number of Pax should be confirmed along with the booking 

• The offer would be valid on presentment and billing settlement done by a valid American Express Platinum and Gold corporate card to avail the discount.

• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing promotional offer.

• The offer is not applicable on brunch, set menus (Set menus are fixed price menu with a fixed set of courses, it can be a 3 course or a 4 course meal or a special chef tasting menu) or any promotion packages already running at any restaurant.

• The offer is applicable on the amount exclusive of taxes.

• A cardmember can avail the offer multiple time during the offer period.

• Card Member needs to announce at the time of reservation and billing/checkout to avail the discount/offer. 

• Alcoholic beverage service is not allowed below 25 years of age. 

• No outside food & alcoholic beverages are allowed in the restaurants. Any liquor brought into the restaurant by guests will be kept at the reception until checkout. Restaurant will not be held responsible if guests consume outside food and get adversely affected by the bad quality of outside food.

• In case of any queries, Cardmember are requested to immediately contact the helpline number: +91 88006 90203  between 11 AM – 8 PM Mon – Fri and 11 AM – 6 PM Sat & Sun or write an email to customercare@massiverestaurants.com to register their queries within 5 days of transaction. Query will be responded in a minimum TAT of 48 hrs.

• Queries will only be entertained if a transaction is done at below list of outlets. 

• In case of any escalation the query will be resolved in 3 working days. 

• Discounts will not be applicable on Service Charge. Restaurant Levy 10% Optional Service Charge”

• Discount is only applicable for Dine-in and discount is not applicable on delivery or takeaways.

• Discount is not applicable on purchases of alcohol bottles

• Discount is only applicable on alcohol purchased by the glass/peg.

• Only one card can be used to avail the offer per reservation. Offer is not applicable if the bill payment is split over more than 1 card. 

• In case of cancellations - cardmember must call respective restaurant to cancel their reservation at least 2 hours in advance prior to reservation time.

• Restaurant will wait up to maximum 15 minutes for guests to show up. Any confirmed table reservation wherein guests do not show up at the restaurant within 15 minutes of reservation time will be automatically treated as a No-Show.

• Guests walking in after 15 minutes of reservation time will be treated as walk-in guests to be seated as per availability at the restaurant and will not be eligible to avail the discount under the offer.
