• This offer is valid for all American Express Cards whose accounts are valid and in good standing. Cards means American Express Card and Card mean any card, account access device, or payment device bearing or marketed using the American Express name or bearing or marketed using a trademark, service mark, or logo owned or marketed by American Express, its subsidiaries, affiliates or licensees or representatives of any of the foregoing worldwide. 
• This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.
• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchants’ end only.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of goods/services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes regarding the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same.
• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer.
• American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.
• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.

• There is a no minimum or maximum transaction value required to avail the offer.
• There are no blackout dates under this offer.
• There is no exclusion in this offer.
• The offer fulfilment journey: Cardmember will call out the offer during the time of billing to the merchant and then pay the entire discounted bill amount using American Express Card.
• Offer is valid for All American Express Cardmembers expect for Card issued by American Express banking Corp. in India. All American Express Cardmembers must present before the merchant either their passport or itinerary or any valid proof indicating that they are an international Cardmember.
• This offer is valid only in Jaipur.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer in force at the time.
• For any queries on this offer, please send an email to dilipgour1970@gmail.com. Queries related to the offer will be entertained only till 5 days from the transaction date and response time is within 5 days from the day the query is raised. All disputes will be solved at merchant level only.
• The offer is also applicable on Supplementary Cards.
• In the case of merchant refusing to provide the offer, Cardmember needs to keep and present the transaction slip and invoice copy to American Express.
• The offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.
• The offer is not applicable on EMI transactions.
• The Cardmember needs to inform the merchant about the intention to avail the offer and that you will be paying with an American Express Card before bill gets generated at the outlet. Any retrospect benefit cannot be passed to the Cardmember once the bill is generated.
• Privileges/Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Rates are payable in local currency (Indian Rupee).
• The conversion rate applicable for international Cards will it be basis the transaction date.
• Taxes and gratuities are not included in the offer.
