Cards means American Express Card and Card mean any card, account access device, or payment device bearing or marketed using the American Express name or bearing or marketed using a trademark, service mark, or logo owned or marketed by American Express, its subsidiaries, affiliates or licensees or representatives of any of the foregoing worldwide.
• This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer. 
• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchant’s end only. 
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.

 Lodging Offers - Suites Offer

• This offer is open to American Express® Centurion and Platinum Charge Cardholders only, whose accounts are valid and in good standing.
• Cardmembers will receive an instant discount of 50% on the Best Available Rate on applicable Suite categories at Oberoi Hotels and Resorts in India.
• Offer is valid for bookings and stays till 31 March 2025 (black out period will apply).
• Only limited room inventory would be available for booking under the offer.
• The rate is discounted from the Best Available Room Only Rate, subject to availability. 
• The offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Reservations must be made via Platinum Travel Services or Centurion Memeber Services. Only in case of availability issue or escalation, Oberoi Contact Centre should be contacted for reservation.
• Offer is valid for All American Express® Centurion and Platinum Charge Cardmembers across the globe. Any Cardmember travelling to India must present before the merchant either their passport or itinerary or any valid proof.
